Lovely hotel in a quiet location but not to far to walk to the beach or shops and bars. Nice breakfast and really amazing staff that made the stay special. Will definitely stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The entire experience was flawless, thanks to the outstanding staff.
The staff were truly amazing, from the kitchen team to the room service crew. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
Special mention to Manager Divya, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism in resolving a minor issue we encountered. Her expertise and courtesy were impressive, and she's truly a credit to the hotel.
Adhi, too, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
I'm sad to leave this wonderful hotel, but I'll always cherish the memories. If you're looking for a top-notch stay, look no further than Four Points!

The hotel is generally OK except there is no elevator and arriving guests with luggage would need to walk up a fleet of stairs before reaching main lobby located at level 2. Is also not that near to main road

Super nice staff, pathetic property. Clearly it’s old, dated, nondescript and not at all inviting property. Located 10min walk to anything and just not a place where you would love to get out and experience the property. It’s ideal for young kids, looking for a cheap place to keep their stuff and go out to party in semi yak. The best part about the place is the staff, super nice and very helpful with everything. I won’t recommend staying here unless it’s less than 100$night , anything more not worth the value equation.

Room was clean and bed was big & comfy, staff was friendly and breakfast was buffet style with a special station each day (one day it was chicken wraps, another day it was crepes etc). The hotel is located quite deep in but Grab was easy to book and cheap! The hotel also provides free buggy/shuttle service (best to book in advance) at certain timings and to certain locations like Potato head, Seminyak village and flea market etc. The hotel also prepped a very nice surprise to celebrate our special occasion with us!
