We enjoyed our stay in this resort so much. The stuff was very friendly, the villa was cleaned every day very well. The restaurant is excellent with a discount of 30% for guests of the resort. The swimming pool near the restaurant was very nice and clean. The water for shower and bathtub hot like you want. And the stuff are soooo friendly and always attentive to us. I will definitely back to this place. It's an amazing property, an awesome padi field and beach view, a stunning pool, and an environment. Breakfast: Nice food and good presentation Staff: helpful, friendly, Room: Best glamping property, you will love the bed and decorations, furniture is natural elements Transportation or tour: You might have a discussion with the hotel staff, as they do not allow other tour n travel in that area. You need to use local transport only, but no worries price is reasonable

It is very well located, walking to the temple perhaps 10 minutes, close to shops and bars, they gave us a better room than the one reserved, I would book with them again.

A really tranquil experience for us in staying at The Saren. We have been to Bali every year so far and this is the first time we are staying in Canggu area. The location is quite deep inside and nearby the Nyanyi Beach. For those not aware, it is only 10 minutes to Luna Beach Club by the beach. The service was excellent from the hotel team from their breakfast, which was excellent and the housekeeping team, with welcoming messages and cookies too. The room was really clean and smelled good too. We requested for a motorbike rental and they arranged it accordingly. All communications are via Whatsapp acting as their reception since the cafe/coffeehouse was their operating centre which was very much acceptable. Nonetheless, it was a very good experience and stay for us. Will definitely visit again if we were planning to stay in Canggu. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Except that the sheets are not clean, there is nothing wrong with it, it is very suitable for long-term rental, because the hardware facilities are great! When I first arrived, I thought I was wrong. There was a small part of the decoration. At night, there was a pleasant piano playing in the next room. It was a very unexpected surprise.

Really nice place for a retreat in the mountains away from the busy city. Junior suite is spacious for 2 persons, and bed is comfortable. Enjoyed the fresh air and cooling weather, even though no aircon in room. This place is well curated with beautiful gardens and vegetation on slope. Quiet, clean, serene and peaceful environment, staffs are all very helpful and polite. Buffet breakfast though not much variety but taste good. Ample parking space. Daily dining vouchers were included during our stay and is worthy. Highly recommended if just needed a quiet break in the mountains.

The villa is great for couples if you like a quiet environment and be part of nature. We had a small private pool in front of the room and a private deck with 2 sunbeds. Standing on the deck, you can enjoy the view of the forest and the small stream below. The room is spacious and you can access the pool from the bedroom glass panel. It also comes with a huge tub like the ones from the pictures. As we had to depart early the next day, they offered to shift the breakfast set to the night before as our dinner. Not to mention that the food is great too! The only downside to the villa is just the dark stains on the bedsheets. The overall experience is great.

Amazing hotel. Brand new. Advantages: 1. free access to creative city and Luna beach club. 2. Great ocean view and service. 3. Close to other main beach clubs. Disadvantages: 1. Ocean is rough in that area. 2. Traffic. Summary: definitely worth staying.

The room itself was impeccable, very quiet, and the facilities all worked well, automatic smart toilet, Dyson, etc. I give full marks for hygiene/environment/facilities. But the service process was very poor. We checked in three rooms and the check-in time was as long as an hour. We were still assigned the wrong room and no breakfast coupons were given. Breakfast coupons are given out arbitrarily. When I went to the front desk to ask for them, they were confused and unwilling to give them to me, so I had to pay for them again. I was waiting to check in at the front desk (I waited for an hour), and I was sitting on a board next to me. The board collapsed and I fell and was injured. The hotel also asked me to pay 500 yuan in compensation (I weigh 112 pounds). There is also a breakfast shop within a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
