This is something that would never happen at any other hotel. I rarely give bad reviews when staying at hotels, but Bama Health and Wellness Community left such a poor first impression on guests. Therefore, I'm giving a low rating for the service."

"The hotel's arrangement was so considerate. I had a suitcase on the roof of my car and couldn't get into the garage. The security guard immediately came to arrange for me to park in an open-air parking space. Because we booked a parent-child room with four people, the front desk guy added 3 more breakfasts for free. When he saw that I was with my second sister, he brought children's toothbrushes and toothpaste, and also sent fruit and mung bean soup. When I took the elevator upstairs and just arrived at the door of the room, the floor service was waiting at the door and sent two sets of toiletries, towels, slippers, etc. It was really considerate. I will stay here again next time👍"
