The contrast between visiting Puzhehei and Bama was stark. From the B&B owner in Puzhehei to the convenience store, I had no sense of service. I stayed in two rooms for two days, and they didn't even smile. They even stared at me while I used the air conditioner. It was the first time in all my years that my travel experience was so bad. But arriving at this B&B instantly cheered me up. The hostess and her family were so welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent, and the design was tasteful. They even cooked us sweet potatoes and taro for the trip this morning. Highly recommended, great value for money! Just a small suggestion: it would have been better if they had some low pillows. The pillows are a bit too high.

The room is clean and tidy. It is comfortable and warm when the room lights are turned on at night. There is a shared kitchen. You can see fish of all sizes by the lake. It is a good way to relax and enjoy the night view and the calm lake while having a drink or two.

I came to Bama specifically for a trip and chose to stay at this meditation B&B in Longevity Village. I was very satisfied. The hotel also provides a very exquisite breakfast, and the dishes from the downstairs restaurant are also excellent. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was breakfast, which even included *douhua* (tofu pudding) – that definitely gets top marks! I'll absolutely book this place again on my next visit.
