The contrast between visiting Puzhehei and Bama was stark. From the B&B owner in Puzhehei to the convenience store, I had no sense of service. I stayed in two rooms for two days, and they didn't even smile. They even stared at me while I used the air conditioner. It was the first time in all my years that my travel experience was so bad. But arriving at this B&B instantly cheered me up. The hostess and her family were so welcoming, the cleanliness was excellent, and the design was tasteful. They even cooked us sweet potatoes and taro for the trip this morning. Highly recommended, great value for money! Just a small suggestion: it would have been better if they had some low pillows. The pillows are a bit too high.

The hotel facilities are complete, and it's clean and hygienic – very good. The owner has a great attitude; they upgraded my room as soon as I arrived, which I really appreciate. The rooftop view is quite nice; you can see the mountains and rivers in the village.

We arrived a little after 8 pm and said he had reserved dinner for us (see Figure 6), but we had already eaten and didn't eat much. The house is new, so it has a wood smell, but we always keep the doors open during the day for ventilation. We had originally booked a hotel in the county town, but wanted to stay by the lake, so we canceled the reservation and booked Shanshuiyuan. It turned out to be the right choice.
