今天急急忙忙出差，然後在網上找到的這個民宿，所以就下單了，本來心裏想着一個小縣城，估計也不會做的很好，乾淨就行，結果我很晚到，辦理入住時服務員很友善的送了我麪包，説的趕夜路餓了，這裏説明，我真的餓了忘記拍，然後第二天很早就起來，説有早餐，説真的我在深圳生活，民宿有早餐的不多，小縣城也有，我震驚✖️2，然後下去吃了，品種不錯，主要主打當地早餐的，煮粉和卷粉，也有雞蛋油條什麼的，真的好吃哈，不是廣哈[偷笑]，昨晚太晚沒有上樓頂，據説有個花園，講真的民宿這樣的公區給客人很難得，有空中花園，有茶室，竟然可以唱歌，真好，講真的，民宿就是給人家的感覺，老闆家一樓隔壁也是老闆自己家的冰淇淋批發，不錯，以後如果有機會還來，不過有一點我肯定，就是我會推薦我深圳和香港需要養生哦朋友來！

I came to Bama specifically for a trip and chose to stay at this meditation B&B in Longevity Village. I was very satisfied. The room facilities exceeded our expectations. There are refrigerators, washing machines, induction cookers and exhaust hoods. The accommodation conditions are first-class in Bama health care area, and I will stay here again next time I come.
