I think the price and service are good, because Brunei is not a cheap country. Free breakfast is provided, and minibuses are provided to the city and mosques worth visiting. Only the room does not have slippers, which may be the reason why people all over the country wear slippers when going out.

I just left the hotel at noon today and can't wait to leave a good review. The hotel is right in the city center, very close to attractions, commercial streets, and water towns. The beautiful ladies at the front desk were attentive and patient, and the handsome driver worked tirelessly to pick up and drop off guests. The hotel's pick-up and drop-off service for attractions is so heart-warming. I have never seen such good service. Very satisfied!

1. The hotel location is relatively close to the city center and within walking distance; 2. The hotel room configuration is poor, there is no toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers, no clothes drying rack and wardrobe, there are few breakfast varieties, and the fruit is single and stale; 3. A very nice small hotel. Brunei is not big, but the transportation is inconvenient. There is basically no public transportation. The taxi-hailing software cannot be activated in China. This hotel provides airport shuttles and regular shuttles between various attractions. It is very Suitable for people traveling to Brunei, highly recommended to stay. It only takes ten minutes to walk out of the hotel to the Floating House, and it is also very close to the Floating Mosque. The hotel shuttle bus can go to Jamie Mosque and The Mall, and the service is very considerate.

Almost perfect - cleanliness of room cannot be faulted, though you have to turn on the electronic 'Make my room' light before housekeeping would make up the room. Water was provided in the common area for you to refill your bottles (we stan a green hotel). Hotel is also walking distance to the SOAS Mosque, BSB waterfront, and the Hua Ho department store (which has a big supermarket and a decent food court at its basement). Hotel also provided shuttle service for free from and to the airport - contact the hotel before your arrival to BSB to arrange - and free shuttle to various tourist spots in BSB though please note that these have to be arranged in advance as there are limited vans and drivers. If other guests have beat you to it, you either conform to their departure time and itinerary or arrange your own transport. Again, advance planning would be key. Breakfast provided was decent, though a little carbon heavy with the only protein offered being eggs (cooked a la minute in style of your choice). Would recommend taking breakfast as there aren't decent options around unless you make the 15 min walk to the city centre. All in all, a good stay. Could have been better if they arranged the shuttle service on a fixed schedule and route so it doesn't become a matter of who pulls the trigger first.

I made a reservation for sightseeing in the city. I think I didn't do enough research, but it felt a bit far to walk to the mosque and supermarket during the day, which takes about 15.20 minutes. Also, the road was a little dark at night. The room was small, but had everything we needed.

The hotel location is strategic. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Airport transfer, and shuttle van to the strategic location is the most satisfied service that this hotel provided.
