This hotel is actually in an amazing location. No noise from that crazy party road. The staff are incredibly kind, didn't even ask for a deposit upon checkin. The bathroom and towels could be cleaner but the room itself was very clean. Overall I'd definitely stay here again, very happy with how things went. The cleaning ladies do an amazing job too.

I was very disappointed. I did not expect to be provided with such poor-quality towels, this is something I wouldn’t even expect from a so called four-star hotel! 😑 There were water stains in the bathroom when we checked in, and the amenities provided were also very poor. Overall, if I visit Thailand again, I will not choose this hotel！👎

Nice Place for first timers and BKK veterans. Staff is super nice and they even checked CCTV to help my wife find her bag.

Hotel was spotless and staff were so lovely and accommodating. Location is excellent. In a busy place but quiet during night so you can get a good night sleep. Gym and pool were great! Thank you for my good experience 🥰

Nice clean hotel in Khoa San area. Near the pier for the water boat which probably easiest way to get around Bangkok. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities are new and clean. Good stay

Overall present experience, cleanliness can be better when we preferred a room makeover! Staffs are very friendly, they will always greet us. Best staff member is at the entrance(guard)! Location wise I think it’s a little out of the way, the mrt/bts is like 20mins away but you can just take any mode of transport to the nearest mrt/bts so it’s not that bad.

Overall, the service was fine, with a particularly warm and friendly reception at the front desk. Especially one pretty lady was very nice and friendly. The only downside was a middle-aged bellman who, after assisting with luggage and receiving a 20 Baht tip due to a lack of change, insisted on 50 Baht. Despite explaining our lack of small bills and having booked four rooms, he persisted, even demanding repayment the next day when others in our party had tipped him 50 Baht each for their rooms. That's disappointing.
