Wonderful. The hotel is beautiful with the stream and goldfish. The staff could not have done more to make our stay perfect. It's a bit of a walk up the hill from the ancient town, but they have a golf buggy you can request to take you. The afternoon tea is a delight and the hotel restaurant served us a delicious dinner.

Fabulous stay at Snowy & Sunny home stay. Staff are all very friendly n helpful. We r served with ginger tea at checkin n checkout. Also served with warm milk in the evening. Very thoughtful gesture. We were also given detailed instruction of how to tour the old town area n where best to take photographs. Location is abt 1-2km outside of old town area, but there is free shuttle bus that took us there. We were upgraded to a suite. Huge bedroom n living room n bathroom. Spacious n clean n very tasteful decor. Breakfast consisted of noodles, congee, dumplings, soybean milk n fruit. Very yummy. Highly recommended home stay!! 👍👍👍

Definitely the best hotel and home stay in Fenghuang. The experience was amazing. The hotel services and hygiene is a 10/10, the staff is so kind and always available. You can feel how big effort they put on the customer experience. By the way, lunch in their restaurant is probably the best in the whole town, amazing produce and cooking technique, the best way to try Hunanese food. The whole team was amazing, but our main host, XiaoYang “小杨”, was so incredible. He really makes you feel special, lever service in town 100% sure. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Fenghuang for four nights with our family of seven. We experienced the bustle of the river view in the first two nights, and came to this quiet little paradise in the bustle of the city in the last two nights. The hotel provides free electric shuttle service, and the drop-off point for the electric shuttle is less than 10 meters away from the West Gate Ancient Town Post Office. The room is large and comfortable, and the rice noodles for breakfast are delicious🤤The study on the second floor of the hotel is very uniquely designed. Because I was catching an early train, the customer service lady specially opened the door early so that I could see Shen Congwen's letters... The garden courtyard of the homestay is unique, with green plants and flowers everywhere, black pines scattered around, and a gurgling stream. It seems like a paradise. It is very comfortable to sit in the garden and bask in the sun and drink tea. Barbecue in the garden at night provides a great atmosphere and is especially good for taking photos.

The staff is warm and polite, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. In the evening, they will give you goodnight desserts, and they also prepare rich breakfasts and thoughtful welcome fruits. Although the B&B is outside the ancient city, it is not far from the ancient city of Fenghuang. It is very convenient to walk or take the tram.
