Very easy to access to the zoo which is nice for kids activities

Had a transfer of 21 hours so decided to book this hotel to rest a bit before my next flight. Very close to T3. Surprisingly, this hotel is inside a Zoo park. They gave us free Zoo tickets when checked in, so it was a very nice time. Swimming pool included. Staff very helpfull, front desk very polite. Room was big and clean, the bed extra soft, AC was working perfectly. Overall a very good experience!

The place is good for families to enjoy zoo activities while staying in this property. Cleanliness wise it’s not the best as you are in a zoo. But was an existing experience with the family for one night

A wonderful family hotel! Attentive staff, very clean territory, lots of areas for children. Stylish and clean room. Chalet, with its own terrace overlooking the giraffes, is excellent. Not far from the airport. We really liked the hotel, we will definitely come back with the children! 🫶

The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable, there are no foreign smells, no mosquitoes or midges (we were worried about the proximity to the animals). The feeling of staying is extraordinary. Drinking coffee (there is a coffee machine in the room), sitting on the veranda and watching the giraffes, this is real relaxation The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has shower accessories The children's pool with an artificial surface is very well thought out for children so that they do not slip. There is a small slide in the water. Towels are given at the entrance. The opportunity to visit the zoo in the evening, when there is no heat and crowds, is also a huge plus. Cons: Little information about where to eat, what hours and what is open (pool, zoo) There is no hair dryer in the room! This is a huge minus. The number of towels is several times less than the number of guests, which is strange There are no glasses (mugs) in the room. Only two paper cups that leak when using hot drinks. Apparently, guests should bring their own mugs But, despite the downsides, this hotel is very atmospheric and is a must-see, at least for one day

The hotel is not bad. You can see small animals when you walk out of the hotel. The bed in the room is also very comfortable to sleep on. Although the zoo is not particularly large, there are indeed many animals in it. It is still recommended if you bring children.

It's really a special experience to live in the zoo. I also got a ticket to the zoo. I had a lot of fun playing there and it's very cost-effective. It’s so fun to see deer when you open the door~

I've stayed here several times, it's very suitable for relaxing and walking the baby, children like it very much, adults are not tired, the service is very good, the bed should be 2m, it is very big, two adults and two children can sleep on a big bed, new addition After entering the Goldfish Pavilion, there is a free animal show at 6 o'clock

Fantastic zoo experience living with animal and birds. I would especially thanks and appreciate Ms Farida for helping and making out stay with comfort. Her welcoming smile and hospitality uplift our experience Staff of zoo and resort were also encoring visitors to get close with nature.

The stay was awesome,from the reception itself service was great of Daniel and a lady in front,zoo was attached to the hotel so no difficult to reach,Animal feed specially giraffe feed was outstanding experience in life,..... Room was nice had smell of animals but it's natural we live nearby zoo ......9/10
