Had a transfer of 21 hours so decided to book this hotel to rest a bit before my next flight. Very close to T3. Surprisingly, this hotel is inside a Zoo park. They gave us free Zoo tickets when checked in, so it was a very nice time. Swimming pool included.
Staff very helpfull, front desk very polite. Room was big and clean, the bed extra soft, AC was working perfectly. Overall a very good experience!

The place is good for families to enjoy zoo activities while staying in this property.
Cleanliness wise it’s not the best as you are in a zoo.
But was an existing experience with the family for one night

The hotel is not bad. You can see small animals when you walk out of the hotel. The bed in the room is also very comfortable to sleep on. Although the zoo is not particularly large, there are indeed many animals in it. It is still recommended if you bring children.

We had an amazing experience at the resort. The room was just perfect, overlooking the Giraffes. It was spacious, comfy and homely. The zoo itself is spectacular, especially when you get to see and feed and so many animals up close. The place is filled sleigh entertainment for kids and the shows there are amazing. It was our son’s birthday and they gave him a jingle themed surprise with all the drums and consumes, really appreciate the effort put in by the staff. The staff over there is amazing, helpful, courteous and always willing to go an extra mile. The restaurant and food options are pretty good, we had some Arabic meal for lunch and English breakfast before checking out. It’s a must visit for all families and even couples, who love nature and wildlife.

The place is excellent specially for family with kids. I got my room upgrade and it was awesome one. We got ta chance to see how giraffe sleeps and wakes up watching them from window. Highly recommend. We will definitely come back.

A lovely stay with a fantastic team of staff. They’ve made it very special for my children for three visits now. The rooms are comfortable and clean; staff are amazing. Highly recommended for any families travelling with small kids - all will have a great time.

Awful experience! we paid 1200 dirhams for room, but breakfast not included. Feeding of giraffes also not included. You can’t do it from your personal area!! The one options like for all visitors of zoo (but payment 50 dirhams) , you go to feeding to common area where a lot of people. Small pocket of leaves cost 16 dirhams. So I absolutely don’t recommend to stay in hotel. You don’t any benefits for this money. Breakfast with giraffes cost extra 2100 Dirhams. Rooms also have questions with water in toilet and bathroom and very loud air conditioner About zoo - it’s very sad to watch a lot of animals in their small areas. It’s not a care of animals , it’s mockery. Restaurant also don’t recommend. Not tasty and bad food.

Excellent hotel for a few days stay. Fast check in, friendly stuff specially thanks for Kapil. Firstly our room was a basic dated room,but after a fast swap and upgrade we got a much better and bigger room with a separate living room for a reasonable price. The hotel has a heated pool for kids so was nice for my little girl to enjoy. The hotel is next to the Zoo with a free entry. Overall we had a great time, but don't choose the basic room. It's perfect stay for family who like to visit a Zoo and stay for few days. Stuff friendly from the guards to the room service so we recommend this hotel and we will visit again in a few years. Thank you for the great time and great service!

We have been really taken care of here . The place is amazing with so many facilities. My daughter is non verbal and has really been looked after . The zoo is amazing. The animas are really looked after . The reception staff are lovely and everybody has gone out of their way to be nice and helpful. Selection of resteraunts , arcade kids never bored

We were a family of four, consisting of two adults and two boys aged five. For our three-night stay, we booked a family room which was essentially two hotel rooms connected by an interconnecting door. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and tidy. Although our rooms didn't have balconies, they offered a pleasant view of the pool. The hotel's location was excellent, mere seconds away from the zoo entrance. As hotel guests, we were provided with complimentary zoo entrance tickets and received discounts for the animal feeding attractions. This was particularly convenient as we could easily take breaks during the hot afternoons and return to the zoo in the evenings. The breakfast service was not buffet-style but instead ordered from a menu, and it met our needs adequately. Overall, the hotel provided satisfactory services. We had a fantastic time during our stay and would highly recommend it to families planning to spend 2-3 nights in Abu Dhabi with young children.

We booked a VIP experience lunch with the bigs cats which we really enjoyed and the staff and food was pleasant however the animals was in tiny enclosure and over populated especially the goats with definitely not enough room also saw 3 different animals pacing and the hyenas trying to climb up the wall which was uncomfortable to see. although my kids enjoyed the day I don’t know if they are well cared for as there environments looks small and crammed and the lion looked extremely skinny for that reason I wouldn’t attend again.

A delightful hidden gem with fun things to do for the whole family. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the rooms are newly renovated with excellent amenities. The pool is a highlight, but the real magic lies in the abundance of wildlife surrounding the property. We stayed in a family chalet, perfectly suited for our family of 5, and our chalet happened to be in front of the giraffes! It's been an incredible experience having breakfast while my niece feeds them. The zoo is impeccably maintained, adding to the overall charm and enjoyment of our stay. Great value for the price, and an unforgettable family getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience!
