Outstanding!! For months I had been eagerly awaiting our arrival at the Sundhorn Kempinski, I had built it up in my mind as something incredible to look forward to, and it totally blew away our expectations! The Sindhorn is an architectural masterpiece unsurpassed. A modern paradise that oozes with elegance. The gardens enhance the atmosphere to bring a sense of tranquility and peace in the bustling city of Bangkok. I’ve travelled extensively in Europe, namely Italy, but I’ve never experienced such superior service from all the staff as I had on our stay at the Sindhorn. The effort they go to make you feel special and valued was quite humbling! I almost felt unworthy, the respect shown was unsurpassed, but I can tell you, it was mutual, we were sure to extend our gratitude at every opportunity. We even received an unexpected upgrade to an Executive room 80sqm which was fantastic! Firefly Bar was such a treat, superb fit out and interior matched well with the live jazz music and expertly made cocktails. Breakfast was elite, so much to choose from and the quality was perfect. The pool was a great place to relax and watch the city. I went 3 times in our 24 stay. One of the quieter moments I’ll remember the most was having afternoon tea in the magnificent lobby, just relaxing and people watching. Also handy for us was the small mall complex attached to the grounds at the end of the garden, about 25 well polished restaurants and cafes. Overall this the best luxury hotel experience we’ve ever had. We cannot wait to return. I even made my parents change their booking at the Waldorf Astoria a couple blocks away and booked directly for them through Sindhorn reservations.  My parents are Hilton Diamond members and Sindhorn were able to match their benefits. This shows me this hotel is ready to acknowledge the competition and win over new guests, I congratulate them for this. If you’re thinking of staying at the Sindhorn, don’t think any further, just act and enjoy the show!

Impressive architectural building of these Kempenski. The room is very spacious, and you surely can feel the space in the room. The breakfast is fantastic and offers a wide variety. Lots of greenery and a garden walk to the commercial space in the next building, just less than a minute. Bring your family member or loved one to stay here.

It’s a wonderful stay, they also provide a small cake and card for us on the day of birthday!

Beautiful garden, great selection of breakfast buffet and a la carte. Rooms were at a good size for families. The swimming pool was much smaller than expected. Having a water play area, playroom, playground, and better kids facilities would definitely be more attractive to families!

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel staffs provided excellent service—friendly and attentive throughout. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a great selection of items. Highly recommend!

Beautiful people and service. We only stayed here for 2 nights and it was suitable for a short time frame before our flight. Spacious rooms, double sink. Staff were helpful, can’t fault them

Fabulous beyond any expectations! The room was upgraded. The lobby is a work of architectural mastery! The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is amazing!

Pool needs to be heated. Cleanliness and service is up to par.

First time staying at Sindhorn Kempinksi Hotel and I must say it had exceeded my expectations on many levels. I’ve stayed at the old Siam Kempinski years ago and service was extremely better at Sindhorn. Everyone I came across was super attentive and professional! I absolutely love the options at Sindhorn wellness and fitness. I didn’t want to leave the hotel because there’s so much to do just in the hotel! The only star deduction is the location; while I love it’s a little secluded, it’s not as convenient as those near Central Embassy. I would definitely be back!

My first and impressed. Has been trying out many hotels in BKK, by far this is one of the nicest. Love everything.

This is our second time at Sindhorn Kempinski hotel, friendly and helpful hotel staff and lovely breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a pillow menu that offers almost up to 10 types of pillows selection, however, they ran out of stock for the one that we requested.. Do pamper at the SPA if it’s an option, the SPA offers an array of treatments and saunas, my favorite was the ice room right after a hot steam! Things that can be done better was 1) the Check-in time, it took us almost 30 minutes at the front desk. Wish that part was more efficient. 2) Better pest management - there was a bunch of mosquitoes at the lobby and a few flies in the bedroom.

The room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful, always putting a smile on their face. Daily little gifts from the hotel (i.e. Chocolate/ tea/ stickers etc.) Variety choices for breakfast.

Room layout is nice, large room, good amenities, balcony nice touch. Location of the hotel is near and accessible to city center within 10 mins cab ride......2 mins walk there is this Velaa village, lots of nice F&B and bar....etc. The Firefly bar in the hotel is nice, with a good live band and well designed. Breakfast buffet, good variety and quality offering, worth it. Afternoon tea in the lobby lounge with a 3 piece band is nice and relaxing All staff are warm n friendly
