An absolutely terrible experience! The room had a very low ceiling, almost like a mezzanine. There was a strong, noticeable formaldehyde smell. And to top it off, the air conditioner started spitting out actual ice cubes in the middle of the night! We tried to check out because of this, but the hotel wouldn't allow it, and they just passed the buck back and forth with Ctrip. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Bangkok.

A basic but comfortable stay. Staff are nice to help you with bags. Only downside is parking can be difficult as location is narrow. And for my room in particular the bathroom door can’t open all the way as it’s blocked by the toilet.

The hotel environment is fantastic, very clean, and fully equipped. The breakfast is also delicious, and the service is great. There are many Chinese restaurants near the hotel, and in the evening, there's the vibrant Huai Khwang Night Market with tons of amazing Thai food.

I found the hotel unexpectedly, tried to book a room that i liked, even sent the message to the hotel to confirm, but when I checked-in, they got me another one, also nice but not as happy as the one I wanted. And the staff told me the room i wanted was full. But i got a nice room anyway, good for taking some bathtub photos.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely loved it! It’s incredibly close to the MRT, making it super easy to get around. The hotel is spotless, the room is beautifully designed, and it’s extremely comfortable — I felt right at home. On top of that, all the staff were amazingly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ✨

1. Room condition: Poorly maintained, damp smell, dampness visible across the walls 2. Cleanliness: Room cleaning was neglectful, used soap and random clam from who ever stayed before were left there. Hope the bedsheet was clean? 3. Service: Staff were not empowered to do much beyond an awkward sorry and smile. 4. Low attention to details. Requested double bed beforehand, got single beds.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is its location. About a 5 min walk to Huai Khwang MRT. Apart from that, nothing else. Even though I got a room categorized as a 'Suite', it doesn't feel or look like one. Within a few hours of checking in, I realized that the toilet isn't flushing properly. The hotel staff didn't manage to resolve the issue and I was given another room. Thankfully I haven't unpacked my belongings. On my 4th night in the 'new' room, the aircon started to leak. The hotel staff came with a few towels and advised that the issue can only be looked into the next day. No one came the next day so I went down to the reception to remind them about the matter before heading out. But I was asked to wait for the technician in the room. The issue was resolved in 5 mins after the technician came. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was pathetic. Nothing great about this hotel except for its location.

I stayed here for a few days on a business trip and thought it was quite good. The room service staff were very friendly. I accidentally broke a glass while sterilizing it with hot water, and they didn't charge me for it. Getting around was also convenient; it's only a 3-minute walk from Exit 1 of Huigong Metro Station.

The hotel is in a good location. I would pay abit extra for a larger room as the smallest room is truely quite small. I've stayed here multiple times in the past year however, my main issue with this hotel is the lack of keycards. Everytime I request for 2 cards, they would constantly say that they don't have enough. They would only issue 1 per room. This is extremely frustrating expecially when 2 people are sharing the same room and don't have the same activities planned during the day. The 2nd person would have to constantly check if the first person has returned, or have to go to the counter to get somebody to open the door for them. I hope the hotel is able to purchase extra keycards to offer to the guests soon.

Room is clean and neat....locaion is good.....price is affortable.....but only feedback is the breakfast is limited and provide china type of breakfast which not my taste as previously was local thai traditional food which i prefer. Hope the morning breakfast will be local thai traditional food.

Checked in yesterday afternoon and was surprised not to see any old stuff at the check in front desk. Wonder if they left permanently or what. It will take me to provide a fair comment after a few more stays at your hotel. However there is no issue with the new staffs . Just that the old did very well . Regards
