Great room, large and wonderful view. The garage service, currently charged, hinders and makes access longer. Free access to the garage floor was better. Reception is polite and and check in is quick if the guest has an early booking.

After traveling for nearly 29 hours, we were greeted by Lucas Silva who got us checked into a room with a lovely view earlier than we dared hope for, so we could finally rest our weary bones. The room was very clean, bright, and nice. We had to drive 4 hours the next day so we relaxed in the rooftop pool and watched the sunset to decompress. When we stayed at the hotel on the way home, Mr. Silva again greeted us with a warm smile and even called me by name without even looking at the computer yet! (My last name is usually easily forgotten/hard to pronounce for most people, so that really wowed me). Then he said ”Welcome home” as he handed me the key to the same room we had before. I was beyond impressed with this sort of top tier customer service that I usually only get at very high-end hotels that are far more expensive than this one. For the amount of money spent and the quality of service, it would be hard to beat this hotel. I hope they give Mr. Silva a raise and/or a promotion, as he really exemplifies the gold standard of customer service that is rarely seen these days. I'll definitely make this hotel my stopover for any future trips to Espírito Santo and I'll recommend it to anyone visiting this area of Brazil! :0)

Hotel ótimo! Bem aconchegante, cama de casal muito boa, a acústica do quarto é top, um chuveiro com saída de água maravilhosa, hotel é top, recomendo! É a segunda vez que fico hospedado e provavelmente ficarei outras mais. Porém pela excelente infraestrutura do hotel, não achei o café da manhã proporcional a sua infraestrutura, é bom, mas poderia ter mais opções como por exemplo, sucos e pães que são limitados, mas tirando isso tudo perfeito!

O quarto estava capenga. Não tinha toalheiro de mão e tive que pendurar na cadeira. A saboneteira estava caindo e a água vazava do box. Péssima acústica. Dava pra ouvir os hospedes vizinhos. A vedação da janela do quarto era muito ruim (quarto 1209A). Passava vento e barulho da avenida. Ar condicionado super barulhento. Internet, cama e amenidades, ok. O bom do Hotel é o Clube. Os preços lá são mais acessíveis. Café da manhã tinha boa variedade. Mas só pra 1 vez pois ele repete todas as manhãs. Falta novidade a cada dia. Estacionamento ao lado e no subsolo, mas demoram pra abrir o portão. No geral, regular e não está no nível de outros Slavieiros.

The hotel has been very good, the location of the hotel is very good, one corner has a pharmacy, the other has a great restaurant and in the surroundings there are several shops, bars, cafés and restaurants! Morning breakfast is very good!!! There are several options for fruit, cakes, bread and fit options too. We need to anticipate our breakfast due to flight time and the restaurant and cook staff were exceptional!!! Excellent experience!

Já foi muito bom, mas o hotel decaiu bastante. As 3 estrelas foram mais pela simpatia de alguns funcionários, ele especial pela Sara Rizzo da recepção (fiz questão de perguntar o nome dela pra colocar aqui). Por uma falha do booking, que aliás, segundo fiquei sabendo tem sido recorrente, fiz a reserva para o quarto de casal e me jogaram para o quarto para cadeirante. A Sandra, me realocou no quarto de de fato eu havia pedido. Ar condicionado e a treva, não esfria, a sorte é que em Vitória não estava quente e deu pra nós virar sem ele. Travesseiro tenebroso, daqueles molengas q parecem q vc está dormindo em cima de pano embolado, a fronha dos travesseiros estava rasgadas e o lençol da cama tinha uma macha não identificada, q eu espero q não seja o q eu pensei. Apesar da limpeza ser no meio da tarde, ela foi proporcionada, mas eu não quis pq meu marido estava dormindo, afinal, tínhamos chegados cansados da praia. No outro dia, pedi gentilmente uma funcionária , q foi igualmente gentil, pra efetuar a limpeza e assim foi feito. O café era fraco demais. Eu paguei pela diária com café incluso, mas sinceramente, era melhor não ter pago com o café incluso e ter ido a uma padaria, onde vc comeria melhor pelo mesmo valor do café. Suco fraco de laranja e uva, e extremamente aguado, parecia água suja das cores dos sucos. O pão de sal era seco e parecia pão dormido, o bolo com gosto daqueles bolos de padaria, só a salada de fruta e o café q salvaram a pátria. Não sei se o hotel mudou de administrador, pq quando fui a primeira vez lá, se não me engano, em 2021, era tudo melhor, a comida do restaurante era divina. Nunca me esqueci do peixe com arroz de limão, q era divino. O restaurante tinha muitas pessoas almoçando e jantando. Dessa vez o cardápio tinha poucas opções e eu não me arrisquei pedir, fora q não vi uma alma viva ali almoçando. Não posso opinar sobre o sabor da comida, pq eu não me atrevi a pedir, pois o café já me desanimou. Enfim, a qualidade caiu e muito desde a primeira vez q estive lá, já o preço não acompanhou a queda. O preço cobrado é muito alto para o que eles oferecem atualmente. Uma pena, pq era meu hotel favorito em vix.

Hotel is good, has good location, next to has supermarket, pharmacy, banks, restaurant, taxi square. It is well next to the port of victory, so with a beautiful view. The beach is very close (curve Jurema/camburi ...10 / 15min car). Breakfast is good and varied.Breakfast is great, comfortable bed, bathroom with strong, large and clean water.Breakfast is very good and air conditioned. The hotel has a pool in the cover and a beautiful view of the city, the mountains and the port. It has a restaurant for lunch in the hotel with excellent food and carpay varied well daily ( buffet kg $84.90) only the 3 lifts that are very old, but it's worth the experience. The city road is 2 km from this hotel, and for whom you like old weddings, it is very close to the historic part of the city with museums and churches to visit.

Deceptive! I've always been a fā of the Senac school hotels. Perhaps after the pandemic the quality of products and services had to be ”forgotten” to meet a new market reality. Although the service has always been affordable, we pass some constraints such as: dressing dressing our door at 7:30 p.m., refusing to book a table for bean and when we arrive there is a table reserved that we can only occupy after We call a supervisor, the quality of the cafe of the manhā equivalent to a 2-star hotel and refuse to grant 2 hours late check-out even if there is no reservation for the same apartment on the date. Finally, I hope I can have another opportunity to experience the glamour that the hotel has already had with the quality of service compatible with the values charged.
