Disappointing!
I've always been a fan of Senac's school hotels.
Perhaps after the pandemic, the quality of products and services had to be "forgotten" for a new market reality to be met.
Although the service was always friendly, we experienced some constraints such as: the maid knocking on our door at 7:30 in the morning, refusal to reserve a table for feijoada and when we arrived there was a reserved table that we could only occupy after calling a supervisor, quality of service breakfast equivalent to a 2-star hotel and refusal to grant 2 hours of late check-out even if there is no reservation for the same apartment on that date.
Anyway, I hope to have another opportunity to experience the glamor that the hotel once had with the quality of service compatible with the amounts charged.

Very nice place and views but check in took almost an hour, I had booked a hotel with half board that apparently they don't have or it doesn't exist (?), which led me to having to book a second room and spending money I was not expecting.. Then they could not find two rooms during check in and it took them over an hour to bring me the key to the second room.
Facilities and cleaningness were great, hotel has a great view and breakfast, a beautiful pool and great staff

Hotel antigo, mas está sendo modernizado. O apartamento em que me hospedei já passou por reforma e era muito confortável e com todos os equipamentos de praxe (frigobar, cofre, TV por assinatura, etc.). Tem estacionamento, piscina, sauna e acesso à praia (tem que descer uma escadaria no meio de um bosque do hotel). Café da manhã excelente. Ótimo restaurante. Só o serviço de limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar (demorado e ineficiente).

Ótimo café da manhã, limpeza impecável e o que mais me agradou no hotel foi a vista espetacular da praia, ponte e morros. Essa vista é linda pois o hotel fica localizado bem no alto. Gostei também do fato do hotel possuir um lindo piano de calda, onde tive o privilégio de tocar envolta dessas paisagens.
