I've always been a fā of the Senac school hotels.
Perhaps after the pandemic the quality of products and services had to be ”forgotten” to meet a new market reality.
Although the service has always been affordable, we pass some constraints such as: dressing dressing our door at 7:30 p.m., refusing to book a table for bean and when we arrive there is a table reserved that we can only occupy after We call a supervisor, the quality of the cafe of the manhā equivalent to a 2-star hotel and refuse to grant 2 hours late check-out even if there is no reservation for the same apartment on the date.
Finally, I hope I can have another opportunity to experience the glamour that the hotel has already had with the quality of service compatible with the values charged.

GGuest UserEl apart hotel tiene una excelente ubicación muy cerca de una zona de bares y restaurantes. Tiene muchos shopping cerca y a pocas cuadras de la orla de la Ciudad. Senti que era un lugar seguro. Muy buena atención de su personal. Muy limpio y bastante moderno. En su terraza hay una piscina desde se puede ver toda la ciudad. La habitación aunque estaba muy bien y tenía un colchón muy cómodo me quedo un poquito pequeña, aunque debo decir que yo ya sabia de que iba serlo por eleccion mía al reservar. El desayuno estuvo muy bien. Sin duda volveria a este lugar.

KKAIThe location is better, just by the sea, there is a big supermarket not far from the side. Driving from the airport is just ten minutes. Breakfast is more general. In general. Very good.

There was only a leak in the connection between the tank and the toilet. I notified maintenance and they were supposed to fix it.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is close to the road, and my room is just on the side of the road, so the noise outside is very loud, affecting normal rest. Hotel environment is general, hair dryer can not be used, can meet the basic accommodation requirements, more importantly, the hotel for more than 1,000 nights did not enjoy any service, I may not choose to come again next time

AAndrade87The hotel has a great location and friendly staff... rooms in the air with a beautiful view... although the region has many bars and restaurants, I miss a restaurant in the hotel with something beyond pizza.
