Very big room and great hardware. Very good restaurant and competitive price.

The hotel is in a great location and convenient for travel. The shower adjustment in the bathroom is very user-friendly, and it is convenient for both the elderly and children to adapt. Personally, I feel that Orange Crystal is better than Atour where I stayed before.

For my mother's birthday, I went to Jiaxing for a walk and found this hotel in Luxihui. It was very cost-effective and had a clear price advantage over other hotels here. In the Luxihui historical district, it is also very close to the Moon River for a stroll. The Jiangnan blue-tiled and white-walled houses are very distinctive. I couldn't find the lobby at first. Ctrip located it at Jiangnan Mingzhuang Restaurant. In fact, the road from the entrance of this restaurant goes straight in and opposite the public security police room. I used Ctrip's early check-in privilege and the hotel upgraded me if I didn't have the original room type, which is commendable. The room is clean and tidy, and there is a small balcony so that the smell of smoke from smoking guests will not pollute the room. It is very friendly to non-smoking guests staying later. The reviews said the breakfast was relatively simple. I was a little worried at first, but then I went to eat it. I thought it was pretty good for the price. There were freshly cooked noodles, vegetables, eggs, poached eggs, French fries, porridge and side dishes. Bread, milk, soy milk, tea, yogurt, OK, you can eat as much as you want for breakfast, this is enough. The service is also very good. The front desk will take you to the room and tell you the location of the restaurant on the way. My mother also gave me some fruit for her birthday and a small gift after check-out. The service staff in the breakfast room are also very enthusiastic and humane. It’s a good experience. I will come back for a vacation next time I have the opportunity. The experience is very good. The environment is very warm, clean and comfortable, there is a swimming pool, the water quality is very good, the parking is convenient, and the service is in place.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

It was an awesome stay! The room was clean and very fancy with a beautiful view of Central Park. Gavin, the front desk manager, was super helpful and even offered a room upgrade to a corner room. He’s fantastic. Breakfast was very good and the overall environment was pleasant. I would highly recommend this Marriott for anyone visiting Jiaxing.

During my trip to Jiaxing, I had the honor of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Jiaxing. This experience impressed me deeply and I felt that the trip was worthwhile. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and friendly staff left a deep first impression on me. They were filled with sincere smiles and greeted every guest cordially, making people feel the warmth of home instantly. The hotel's guest rooms are exquisitely and elegantly decorated, spacious and bright. The beds are soft and comfortable, as if you are in the clouds, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The facilities in the room are complete and well maintained. Whether it is a high-speed and stable wireless network or an intelligent control system, it adds great convenience to your stay. The hotel's catering is even more commendable. The breakfast variety is rich and varied, from Chinese porridge to Western pastries, everything is available, and every dish is fresh and delicious, which can meet the taste needs of different guests. The restaurant has an elegant environment and thoughtful service, allowing people to enjoy the food while also feeling a pleasant dining atmosphere. In addition, the hotel's leisure and entertainment facilities are also very complete. I chose Ibis when I came to Jiaxing. The experience was very good. As soon as I entered the lobby, the staff was warm and thoughtful and checked me in quickly. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. Since we were going out the next day, the hotel also helped us store our luggage, which was great.

A very nice, clean and tidy, relatively new hotel. It is very close, like across the street close, to an enormous mall where you can buy groceries, shop expensive watches, eat at the various restaurants and train at the gym on the ninth floor. The hotel has a true laundry with washing machines and dryers, there is an ice machine at the front desk and also a shared small fridge. Last but not least, the tram stop is just a 10 minutes walk, so you can get to the south train station with just 2¥. I will come back for sure!
