Excellent
This place was exceptional! The room was new, modern, clean, and bed very comfortable. There was a language barrier (no English by staff), however staff went out of their way to help in any way, and were happy to use translator apps to communicate. The location is right outside the ancient town, and very handy. All complimentary passes advertised with room were available exactly as advertised. The complimentary breakfast was brought directly to my room at my preferred time and it was fantastic! Having never been here before, I now can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Great view and nice atmosphere! It took us a little time to find the exact location of the hostel because we did not realise that it shares its ground-floor entrance with another hotel in the same building. Check-in was straightforward: the receptionist was very friendly and showed us around, explaining the basic rules. There are separate rooms for women and men; ours had ten bunk beds and a locker. Extra luggage can be stored in a secure luggage room. Both the room and the bunk bed were very clean. There is a small cupboard and a socket inside each bunk bed. This is very convenient. The room also has air conditioning, but this can be annoying if you have the bed right next to it and cannot agree with your roommates on a suitable temperature at night. In such cases, having a consistent room temperature would be a better solution. There are separate shared bathrooms and showers for men and women, as well as a cosmetic table and washing machines. There is also a community room with a great view, access to a spacious balcony, a fitness area, a coffee/water station, and some other soda and ice machines. The community area has a bar, a home cinema, sofas and tables, as well as a tea corner. This area is great for meeting interesting people. The lake is within walking distance, as is the public transport. Overall, we had a great time there. The staff are welcoming, and there's a family atmosphere. We would choose to stay there again if we visit Jinan again!

Just checked out of the Hilton Garden Inn Jinan Olympic Sports Center, and I must commend two outstanding staff members! During check-in, Xiao Zhu at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and professional, completing the process in two minutes and thoughtfully introducing the hotel facilities and surrounding area, instantly making me feel warm and welcome after my long journey. The entire front desk team worked seamlessly together, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The next day at breakfast, Judy in the restaurant provided even more attentive service. She proactively poured me some black tea and asked if I needed any further assistance—her thoughtfulness was impeccable! I was also very satisfied with the room; it was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the work area was spacious and quiet, perfect for business travelers. From arrival to departure, I experienced genuine and attentive service at every turn. The staff's professionalism and enthusiasm truly made the hotel feel like ”home away from home.” Highly recommended, I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jinan!

Service was excellent, the girls at the reception were very polite and stepped forward to do the best of their job. The style of the hotel was modern and very close to metro stations; on top, there's a big supermarket across the street where we can get what we need. I personally love to see family stores and restaurants around the hotel.

This hotel is a Jinan specialty hotel. The overall decoration of the hotel is very exquisite. The first floor is the lobby and restaurant. There are 8 floors in total. The equipment is very complete. There is free parking. There is a small gym and laundry room on the 8th floor. The service staff is also very professional. The front desk is very enthusiastic. The accommodation environment this time is really ideal. Friends who travel to Jinan or go on business trips are highly recommended. The price is not high. It's really good👍

What a wonderful homestay hotel, one of the favourites we have stayed in for a long while. The village is small and charming, very peaceful and relaxing to stay in. You can hear the sounds of the birds all day. One advantage of staying at least a night is you can get up earlier and hike to the top of the pagoda and see the birds. The courtyard hotel is beautiful and run extremely well by a lovely family who provided wonderful hospitality and made some delicious food. I'd certainly recommend staying in this hotel and I hope to return again in the future.

1. Clean and tidy; 2. Comfortable and warm (very friendly service, delicious breakfast); 3. It is only a short walk from the center of the ancient city, and there is a dedicated area for watching spring shows. The programs in the ancient city during the festival are wonderful. On the morning of the second day of the Lunar New Year, we also encountered CCTV’s presence to collect folk songs, and saw the stilt walking and core playing that are usually only seen on the fifteenth day of the first lunar month in Wenzu. Summer is coming again.
