It’s a lovely place to stay. The receptionist is very professional and kind. The food is excellent and great. All the staff are helpful and caring. House keepers are very respectful and work with passion.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet at night, so I slept well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall stay was pleasant. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

As i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Thank you for a great stay

we stayed in a club room, which came with gym and pool access - the facilities are good and the gym is fully equipped. The ladies serving breakfast are very friendly especially young Asian girl and there are veg options available. Nature reserve only 10 mins walk from the hotel - highly recommend. The room itself had issues with wifi and tv signal. I logged a complaint on their app but nobody came so the next day I had to go to reception again. They didn’t give me a solution like moving room for a better wifi. Club Rooms don’t have a fridge or a telephone so you have to send messages via chat which is annoying.

Took advantage of the scenic walking trails within the estate for a peaceful stroll. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, gym, and sauna for relaxation and fitness. savoured meals at the on-site restaurant and unwinded at the bar, offering a range of dishes and beverages.

Superb staff, great parking. Very clean. Lovely bed. Only issue was no bathroom fan and I don't like the overhead showers as I don't like my head & hair getting drenched unless I choose to.

the breakfast and service was very good the room was clean with a good bathroom,however the parking advertised as FREE is not free and when i qustioned the management team they were adamant i had to pay £8 to park my car no exceptions,i told him that it said FREE he said it does not say free and pay now i did pay and 24 hours later they did agree to repay me the £8,this could have been a good review i will not stay there again.

I arrived before check-in time, so he offered me coffee and tea while I was waiting. There is a restaurant and bar, but it seems that it is run by a Nepalese owner chef. His brother has been running a Nepalese restaurant in Tokyo for 15 years. The food is very delicious and the price is reasonable, so I recommend it. I was worried that the room had a spider web and the handle of the window was broken and it was not closed. Wi-Fi is not available in the room on the 3rd floor.

Just needed to put my head down for the night. Reception was friendly..I arrived late at 2340..friendly night guy..room was adequate for my needs..Room 9 cold tap handle was missing, but a shsve was possible and teeth with warm water..mattress protector needs a boil wash and new carpet would freshen things. Shower was luke warm but manageable..heating was fine..tv ok..1 night fine;)
