GGuest UserA hotel with not very new rooms, during my stay I was disappointed by the concept of the hotel restaurant, vegetarian food, which is not suitable for everyone! The area is very beautiful, the pool is wonderful, the staff is helpful!

GGuest UserAll service was good, food was also good. All the place was clean with bathroom and toilet. All the staff were punctual and provided all the services, due to which we did not have any inconvenience. Thank you @makemytrip to all this😊

While furnitures are polished but upholsteries of chairs are very dirty. Not wiped or dry cleaned for long.
Telephone no. Of Reception was written as 204 which caused confusion and irritation to other customer whose room ni. Was 204. It was later striked off.
In contrast to poor facilities, the BEVAVIOUR AND POLITENESS OFBSTAFF AND RECEPTIONIST WAS EXCELLENT.

I Did not take photographs of the dirty chair cushions as it would have been highly damaging to Hotel. Please ask them to replace the cushions or at least clean it if possible.

GGuest UserMy experience was a mixed bag. While the hotel room itself was decent and met my basic needs, the washroom left much to be desired. On the positive side, the staff at the hotel were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. However, the condition of the washroom was disappointing. It appeared outdated and poorly maintained. Given the importance of a clean and functional washroom in any accommodation, this was a significant downside for me.
