GGuest UserExcept for the location which is far away, everything is good and worth the price. The family private soup upstairs is great. I am a little bit uncomfortable with the kaiseki cuisine, but the service is very good. There is a bus to the station every morning.

GGuest UserIt is a 10-minute walk to get there. You will need to use the stairs if you are coming from Atami Station. The room is very traditional Japanese. I had some Japanese Sake (Izu Sake) for free. You can get free beer, tea and coffee. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome. He helped us wash laundry for free. He also gave us a lift back to Atami Station. I was able to relax in the public bath and have some private time twice. There was a projector that allowed you to watch YouTube and Netflix. I would like to come again.

PPiaofudeyun☁️☀☁️The next day of the Atami trip with my daughter, I returned to the harbor from the outlying islands. The room booked has an open-air hot spring. The room is very beautiful, Western-style double bed, Japanese-style dining table with exquisite pastries. The balcony has an open-air hot spring bath, which is very Japanese classic. It was almost dusk when I arrived at the hotel. The uncle greeted at the door was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. The reception aunt was also very enthusiastic to talk about everything and amiable. Dinner is very grand Japanese-style set food, fresh and delicious ingredients! Breakfast is also Japanese-style, nutritious, delicious, and beautiful ice cream 🍧 sweet food, very delicious. Although there is an open-air hot spring in the room, the reception aunt still introduced the open-air windy hot spring bar on the top floor. On the hot summer night, there is a hot spring in the open air. It is very relaxing and the tiredness of a day's journey! The next day, the hotel uncle's car was sent to the ”Izu Saga” station. A high-quality rest place during the trip, will come again next time ✌️

LlailailaiscOn March 22, 2026, I booked three hotel rooms for a group of six through Trip.com, choosing a package including dinner and breakfast, with each room costing approximately HKD 5,000 per night including tax.
Just as we were excitedly preparing to check in, the hotel informed us that only breakfast was provided, not dinner. This was a serious discrepancy from the room description I saw on Trip.com—my booking voucher clearly stated ”Ocean view premium non-smoking with teppanyaki dinner.” I chose to book through this platform precisely because of this explicit statement. I also compared prices on other booking platforms; the price difference between Trip.com and another agency (Agoxx) was only about HKD 100-200 per room.
Furthermore, after checking the hotel's official website, I found that the same room type without dinner was significantly cheaper. Considering the price difference, the amount we paid through the agency clearly included dinner, which would have been reasonable. I believe Trip.com, as a booking platform, has a responsibility to provide accurate room information and take responsibility for this error. We request a detailed explanation and reasonable compensation.
After contacting the hotel, they stated that the booking website had incorrectly labeled the package and its promotional content. We, as consumers, have done nothing wrong, yet we have become the victims. The hotel's initial solution was to require each of us to pay an additional JPY 10,000 (approximately HKD 500), and this was not the original teppanyaki dinner, but only a simpler fish and beef rice meal. This means that we had already paid 100% of the room rate, but still had to pay about 20% more for services significantly less than originally promised, which is unacceptable.
Ultimately, the hotel decided to provide the aforementioned simpler dinner free of charge. We understand the hotel's actual difficulties in preparing sufficient ingredients and appreciate the frontline staff's efforts in coordinating and providing solutions. However, from discovering the problem to its final resolution, this matter has severely consumed our time and energy, significantly negatively impacting our overall travel experience.
Therefore, I strongly urge other travelers to carefully consider whether to book through Trip.com. This incident made me realize that some platforms may have inaccurate or even erroneous room descriptions. In the event of a dispute, consumers often have to bear the consequences and inconvenience themselves. To avoid similar unpleasant experiences, I suggest that everyone try to book directly through the hotel's official website, or choose platforms with higher information transparency and more reliable after-sales service to protect their rights.

CCHENVery satisfied with a stay experience, the room was very large, clean and comfortable. All balconies face the sea and bring 𠕇 private hot spring baths. Our family of five booked three rooms on two websites. The hotel contacted us in advance to learn about the height of the guests (with suitable bathrobes) and eating habits, specially for the cooked food that is not eaten raw. Dinner and breakfast are very delicious and the ingredients are fresh. The menu for two days has changed. The fish has lobster, sweet shrimp and various local season fresh fish and salmon. The cows are also fried in place, suitable for your requirements! The rooms are modern and simple and combine the style of traditional Japanese-style hotels. We have two Japanese-style rooms and one Western-style rooms, which are quite satisfactory to each other.  Lounge on the eighth floor, facing the sea to taste cold, hot coffee and green tea, Japanese snacks and fruits, but also can be soaked in the feet from the balcony, you can get a good rest without the shop! The seventh floor has a good view and complete outdoor style... All the staff of the hotel are very warm, courteous and very professional! This is the most satisfying hotel for our family's vacation in Japan. We feel 100 points of the hotel and meet again next year!

First of all, the service is very good. There is a waiter who will pick up the station at the entrance of Atami Station and send us to the hotel for free. When you arrive at the hotel, the waiter will patiently introduce the use of the room and the balcony hot spring.
The room is super big, the shower room can also be changed to a sauna in seconds, too comfortable and comfortable!
Free drinks and beer are available in the room, and free drinks are available at the bar in the afternoon.
The dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel are also very online, and the food is very full! The ingredients are very rich and fresh!

AAnonymous UserThis place claims to be associated with Fufu, but it feels quite different from many aspects of Fufu. Anyway, the discount vouchers issued here can't be used. There are only four rooms here, and all meals (breakfast/dinner) and activities take place in the Lounge. Downstairs is the hot spring bath, which requires advance booking. There aren't many staff, but their attitude is good, and the food and drinks provided are decent. The internet is good, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. However, the facilities are a bit dated. What's somewhat amusing is that despite all my questions before arrival, nothing was done according to the answers once I got here. It's as if they have no interest in providing better service, beyond perhaps prying into personal information.

GGuest UserIt's very good. The owner of the hotel is very kind. He personally took us to familiarize ourselves with the hotel facilities. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hot spring experience was also very good.
You just have to calculate the bus time, otherwise you have to walk two kilometers from Yugawara Station to the hotel.
