Forgot to take a room picture 2min walk from Samarkand train station Very good Eng. speaking staff All staff were very friendly and informative Room was absolutely gorgeous and clean Shower facility was also great I really really enjoyed to stay here

GGuest UserAfter a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

GGuest UserHotel staff is amazing. They attend to all your requests. Service is the best that we have experienced. The hotel itself is very nice. Throughout the property it is decorated with Uzbekistan decors. Room was very clean and spacious. If there is a way to give more than 5 stars we would. Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand

GGuest UserWe really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.

Aabegailone of the best hotel in samarkand, they might be old but oldies but goldie. you can feel the culture with this hotel, and the staff here are amazing from receptionist to everyone serving food at the buffet, love the ambiance and hospitality. and btw you can get 15percent discount with emirhan restaurant if you are staying at this hotel. will be back here for sure. thanks again.

Отель выбирали из за бассейна , написано что он с подогревом !
Вода в нем 2 дня была просто леденая , на вопрос почему вода холодная , ответили она внизу горячая , в на поверхности холодная 😅
Обычная температура воды 24-28 градусов в бассейнах с подогревом , что бы можно было купаться !
Завтраки нормальные но всегда было очень грязно !
Не могу рекомендовать этот отель на 4 звезды !

PPanishaAlways my choice when I’m in Samarkand. The hotel owner was very kind to upgrade my room during my stay. Strategic location to many historical places, shops and restaurants. Overall the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
