Barcelona Eixample Hotels

My room entrance was not working. So i went downstairs asking the receptionist with long blond hair, to help me as I was in a hurry to go to work. He spoke very rude to me “ telling me that I have to wait until he finishes his job. Not providing me help like when another colleague was free etc.  Due to that I had to wait  so long that I arrived late at my work.

Loved the location. The receptionist was occasionally absent but returned to the desk swiftly enough. The walls were a bit thin so it could be noisy at night. But otherwise we had a great stay!

I reserved a balcony room and loved the fantastic view over the city. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The service was excellent—the staff even asked in advance about my pillow and sheet preferences. The hotel is also just a short walk from both Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, which made sightseeing really easy. Highly recommended!

Not bad. The hotel is in a good location. It is close to the main attractions, not far from the Sagrada Familia, and not far from the famous brand street. The price is very high, but it can't stand the fact that accommodation in Barcelona is very expensive.

The hotel was clean and the beds were firm!  The breakfast buffet had eggs, sausage, bacon and fruit and homemade bread. It was very nice. There is a bakery across the street and a convenience store. We did taxi everywhere in Barcelona and it was about 10 euros to all the tourist sites. The hotel staff was very helpful and assisted us in every way!  We would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is good, roof top amazing , location super easy to get anywhere , some stuffs are nice but some really without any comments ... about room they give water just ones :D so cheap in this kinda expensive hotel ! Pay attention how they calculate you in the end , check bills carefully. Because we had really big trouble with calculation they told us to pay few times what we already paid. We paid already and then come back to get our luggage’s and they give us a new bill again so annoying … also book breakfast in reception because if you go directly to the restaurant they will calculate 3€ more per person .

The location is near Plaza Catalunya, making it very convenient to get around the city center. Overall, the facilities were clean. However, I was surprised that the room size was smaller than that of Japanese hotels. I don't know if the rooms in hotels in downtown Barcelona are inherently small or just small, but this hotel is the only one, so if there are two people staying in the room instead of one, compare the room size with other hotels before making a reservation!

The hotel is excellent! The room is tidy, neat and comfortable; same as those pics on the apps advertisement, the front desk guy is friendly and energetic, our flight was too early on morning, we paid for early check in, the process was clear. People there are all nice and smiley. Everything is considered, they offer welcome drinks/ good umbrellas ready for rainy days.. the location is very good too, 2blocks away fm those famous and nice bunch/ dinner spots;3blocks away fm casa Batllo, walking distances to those famous shopping brands, we walked to La ramble easily, compared to other similar price hotel in Barcelona, this is one of the best, we will definitely put this in our first choice for next time to Barcelona.

The room was clean, spacious. Asked for a private balcony when booking online, thought it might not happen. But they actually made the time to look through the notes and they delivered the perfect service. Room service was great. The location of the hotel was just perfect. The area is lovely with many shops and bars, although not noisy at night time.

At first all was good with the service. Till the aircon in the room doesn’t work. So I tried calling but the room phone wasn’t working well and I was perspiring so I went to the reception desk and told them. In all I waited for around 30 mins for the technician to come and get it checked. After checking the reception call me and told me they are going to restart the aircon and if 15mins it does cool up I am suppose to go down with my luggage packed and get my room change. We stayed for 1 week and plus the shopping for the week we have lots to pack. So after packing we went down to get our room change, he gave me a look that he is not able to change for me as I took more than 15 mins that he “instructed”. I explained that we have lots to packed but he just return with a too bad look on his face. I believe he is aware that the aircon is not working and changing of room is inevitable. I am shocked with his attitude. After some argument he eventually changed it. Then the new room tv doesn’t comes with Netflix unlike the first one so I believe I got a downgrade. But as it was my last night and we are just too tired to change it again. Location is ok walking distance to most eateries and bars. Room is reasonably clean.
