The hotel reception staff were amazing and very friendly. The hotel is renovated and clean and in a perfect location. However, the room service is charged and they don't provide still water in the rooms, the fees of the water is very expensive in comparison to supermarkets.

I reserved a balcony room and loved the fantastic view over the city. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable. The service was excellent—the staff even asked in advance about my pillow and sheet preferences. The hotel is also just a short walk from both Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, which made sightseeing really easy. Highly recommended!

very convenient location, walking to the center only takes about 10-15 minutes. nice room, minimalist, clean. before booking, I read comments complaining about the water pressure, but when I used it, it was fine, the only thing is that the faucet is a bit loose. the refrigerator is not very cool. those are the 2 minus points, otherwise it was still a very good experience.

1. The room is relatively large, clean and hygienic, with good soundproofing. Closing the balcony door can almost achieve silence, and it is also very quiet at night facing the street; 2. The L1 line subway station is very close, and Barcelona subway travel is very convenient, and it is very important to be close to the subway station; 3. From Barcelona Airport T1 Terminal to the hotel, you can choose Airport Bus A1 (Bell Stop Bus), and the drop-off point is 550 meters away from the hotel on foot, which is convenient, fast and economical; 4. The breakfast variety is good, and the food variety is basically updated every 3 days; 5. There is a large food supermarket downstairs City, we bought 8-liter bottled water downstairs for six days (Barcelona tap water smells very bad); 6. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful; 7. The hotel construction has not yet been completed (March 2025), the construction time is about 09:00-17:00, and the impact is not great; 8. The room air conditioning (Daikin air conditioning, heating is very good) is very effective, almost no noise, and the room temperature can be controlled at an ideal level; 9. The location is super good, very close to the Sagrada Familia, you can see the Sagrada Familia from the balcony, the room is large, the kitchen facilities are complete, there is a big supermarket downstairs, we bought milk, bread, drinks, etc., which can be placed in the refrigerator, and the microwave can also heat milk. It is close to the subway and convenient for travel. There are Chinese and Western restaurants nearby. It is very suitable for a family of three or even four (the large sofa in the living room can also sleep one person). It is worth recommending. It is recommended to arrange a place to dry clothes on the small balcony in the kitchen.

Pros: - The staff was lovely, friendly and helpful - If you request something, such as an iron etc., it’s always on time and without delay - Everything was clean. I cannot complain about the cleaning standards. Cons - the room is quite dark despite the lights available - The view, especially the back view, was dreary and depressing, considering I had a long flight from Asia compared to my sister, who flew from Europe and didn’t need the rest as much as I did. Every day, I woke up to a very depressing view. It’s not ideal, and it's poor for someone who may enjoy visuals. - The sockets were annoying; one didn’t work, and the kettle station needed to be handheld or changed elsewhere. Twice, I held the kettle button down manually to make coffee because I couldn’t be bothered for someone to come and check or replace it as I was in a rush - The furniture and carpets are outdated in style and appearance. It makes the hotel look way older - There’s a door holder behind the bathroom door, which lands in the middle, next to the toilet. I hurt myself a few times because I keep forgetting it’s there and, therefore, poorly designed - Unfortunately, we forgot to bring our toothpaste and toothbrush, though I wasn’t expecting Best Western not to have them in your room. You have to request them every day. The housekeeper didn’t leave them or free water for us daily, only on the first day. So I’m not sure if she’s been forgetting to give us any, or it’s only complimentary water on day 1. - The wardrobe is tiny and in such a hidden, awakened position. It was dark black and looked like glass. We had to call the staff to show us. It’s in a weird place - Slippers: Again, much like the water, we were only given slippers on the first day. I understand the need to go green, but given that we stayed for four nights, it would be hygienic to give us a new set. On the last day, we had to wear our own shoes inside the room, which wasn’t great. - We paid € 15 additional for breakfast daily €. It was basic but not bad. But the time until 10:30AM is good. Overall, was it worth the money we paid for four nights? No. The only highlights were ,mentioned among the professional staff members and cleanliness standards.

Hotel location is very close to the Sagrada Familia, very close to the breakfast, but the bakery next to the hotel is a lot of 52 years old, the price is not expensive, you can taste the local taste. The ice cream shop and the famous dessert shop in Spain are also important for large and small supermarkets to eat. No other napkins are provided. Other equipment is still very good. You can buy the supermarket stuff and come back to the microwave oven to make it super easy to use 2 bathrooms. Super convenient 2 bedrooms. The two single beds in the big bed are the hotel we chose. It is convenient to travel nearby. There are other subways. The location is the highlight. The Sagrada Familia can be seen at any time.

Great choice in Barcelona for family travel 1. The service is great no matter the basic needs or special request. The hotel prepared the special card for our wedding anniversary trip and sweet candies. 2. The room is well designed for the family trip. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. 3. The location is great and near to the most of sightseeing points.

check-in was good, staff was patient. A little unflexible with late check-out, but upon multiple request they extended checkout by 1 hr. The Location is central and convenient, but it does mean a lot of noise for Fri and Sat night. The room is quite dated, though amenniitis were good. Slippers were soft and comfortable, better than the W's Gym is very small, with tiny range of equipment. Overall, a reasonable experience.

The Hotel is located not far from the metro (L5) station, within walking distance of 2-3 mins. The room size is considered acceptable and satisfactory to us.
