Was at the property with moto of celebrating reunion with school friends who r geo aways due to professional career- never thought that the stay will be one of the most cherished memory which will be carried n my memories… all the staff from front desk, food & beverages, house keeping were extremely cordial & cooperative- hospitality made us friends reunion experience have that perfect salt & pepper experience on the top. Kudos to the team fortune Durgapur u definitely wear hospitality on ur sleeves. No doubts little souls even had a wonderful & safe stay too. The electrical connections were not functioning. TV recharge took 6hrs and 10 follow ups. No toiletries provided I had visited this resort in Jan21 but this tike found it has degraded like anything Mouse running through the roofs of cottage No attendants present in restaurant aftet confirming food is ready What was served as karai chicken was some shreds of chicken in white liquid Really disappointed with over all house keep service and food May not visit again

I visited Tarapith and Bolpur in Dec2021. It was a family trip. I had a 7 years old kid and senior citizen parents wirh me. Basically i booked this hotel online through their website . The best part is you can book the property by room number from wesite. One recommendation will be to book rooms on 1st Floor. That will give you the best views ( example : Room no 5 &6). The Hotel is decorated with a rural concept and you will get the feeling of mud house. So do not expect any high end luxury in the room. But you will have basic amenities like - AC/ mini fridge/ geyser etc. The USP of this property is its food. It is budget friendly yet yummy taste. If you are not a resident of the hotel then you will need to collect advance lunch token to get your chance. I am told by the manager that they have served lunch to 1000+ people on 25th Dec. People from all over Bolpur come to taste food here. The Sonsjhuri Haat is just outside the Hotel campus. In fact you can enjoy Baul Dance and Tribal Dhamsha Madol dance sitting on your balcony. The room rent is also decent. You will get Rooms in the range of INR 2000 - 2500. They have POS facility for all payments. The only challenge i faced was the service timeline. May to due to extreme rush on account of festive season they were unable to serve breakfast/ Lunch / Dinner on time and they have denied to accept orders in few instances. Management should look into this and take some corrective actions I have covered this hotel and Bolpur in my Youtube Channel. You will get the link in my profile. It was an average stay as a whole. The rooms were good but they didn't clean our rooms or change sheets even after asking them to do it. Also the pool was not very clean. I am guessing they don't change the water on a regular basis. We ordered dinner mostly while at the resort and it was good. All in all depending on the room charges and everything it was an average stay for us.

SScenic64048786954We booked the hotel for a Golden anniversary celebration. This review is for the room service. Rooms are beautiful, lively, very clean and hygienic, the beds are warm and soft, the people are friendly and there is always someone around to help you out. The breakfast was lavish, tasty, the cheese omelet was gorgeous and the methi paranthas could not have bene better. There were healthier juice and food options too. So all in all , next time also, Fern would be our choice for stay. Mr Shubhankar deserves a call out here for being a very humble & patient person who is in-charge of the room service and gave us an awesome deal. There is just one suggestion: It wud be good to have a fan in the rooms. We do understand the concept of AC that can be adjusted as per one's needs. But with older people it is a struggle which we faced as we mainly had old people staying in the rooms, not very accustomed to using AC. And then there are people like me who are claustrophobic. I need the fan running on atleast speed 1 till the temp drops to 8 degrees.

The amenities provided were appropriate and met all my needs. The staff were notably polite and accommodating. The buffet was a highlight, offering a tasty and varied selection that was perfect for starting the day. But the hotel's location by the highway. Overall, it was a positive experience and a great value for the price.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.i loved it.

PPANCHALThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

There is junction mall 10 mins walking distance. Carnival cinema hall, big bazar 5 mins walking distance. and the bus stand is near to it too.

GGuest UserProperty is located on highway and very near to market area benachity and bhiringi. Hotel doesnot have its own restuarant so need to buy food from outside or online apps. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Request to owner - please provide blanket covers as the blankets are used back n back by your customers which can lead to health issues.
