We booked here because they showed a hot breakfast, other hotels listed on the web whether or not their kitchen was staffed but Ramada failed to do so. The music one of the staff members was playing was not appropriate. The place was beautiful in the lobby!

Visiting my family who are very old and I am spending as much time as I can with them and your hotel gives me a quiet and clean place to rest. From now on everytime I am in Batesville I will stay here.

Multiple Room infested with Bed bugs. Was in my clothes and suit case. Could not stay in hotel had to move to another hotel incurred double the cost of lodging during my business trip. Terrible stay, do not recommend this hotel until it is fumigated and mattresses and carpets are replaced.

Not bad overall for the price. Property could be maintained a little better on the exterior and the interior could be updated. Got to breakfast towards the end of posted sevice and most everything was gone.

Room had several issues. And if your allergic to cigarette smoke they say non smoking but the place smells like stale cigarettes outside which was in room as well. The door had a large gap under it which allowed smoke and noice to freely enter. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Towels were crusty and smelled like mildew.
