Room: newly renovated, with kitchen for cooking, comfortable mattress
Location: 5 minutes walk to City Hall, beach, and restaurants. The hotel is across the road from Beacon Hill Park, which is very convenient. There is a small ranch in the park, which the children like very much.
Parking: $10/day
Service: The front desk is very enthusiastic, a Shanghai girl, who recommended us attractions to visit nearby

GGuest UserThe room is very big, fully equipped with kitchen and cooking tools. It is within walking distance to the city hall and surrounding attractions! There is a parking lot but it is charged. It would be perfect if free parking was available! I met a cute deer in the parking lot

DDragon_KenA very beautiful hotel, nothing to fault except being far away from the center of Victoria. The hotel facilities are quite satisfactory, but I don't stay here just because of the facilities. The scenery here is so beautiful. Don’t spend too much time inside the hotel, get out and walk!

GGuest UserTop notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.
Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled. Nonetheless, looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.
Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for.

Rralph-zhouThis is a comfortable hotel! And it is a sunken configuration, the first floor is slightly lower, very interesting.
The hotel is located in an excellent location, right in the hotel area next to the Parliament Building, next to Days Inn, Pacific, Embassy, etc., but because of the terrain, the Inner Harbor cannot be seen from the first floor.
The room is very large, and the facilities are the same as other hotels. Toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers and combs are not provided. The garden view room has a terrace, and a corner is separated as a kitchen and coffee room. The furnishings in the room are very comfortable.
Parking will charge 100 yuan including the deposit and 13 yuan parking fee. The deposit will be refunded quickly and will be returned on the day of check-out.
When you come back from playing in the Inner Harbor or Downtown at night, you can go back to the hotel immediately after passing the Parliament Building. The feeling of living in the core area is very comfortable and atmospheric, which is much better than the feeling of another BW in downtown.
And it's cheap!

JjungleVICKYThe water problem was dealt with quickly and we were shown to a new room immediately afterwards. The room was comfortable and we had no problems. It was a great location for sightseeing in Victoria. There is also a delicious afternoon tea nearby.
