B&Bs (Bed and breakfast) in Siena

This is the biggest surprise in the hotel we have lived in this trip! There was an Italian beauty at the front desk who was very friendly and upgraded our room. The whole room was furnished with classical furniture hundreds of years ago. Especially the wardrobe, very beautiful and impressive. Another room is said to have been inhabited by the Pope when he was young and has also passed the church certification. This hotel is very bad. I booked breakfast with breakfast, but I didn’t give me a breakfast coupon. I went to the designated place to eat breakfast. The restaurant staff said that I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad. You can't treat guests like this!

The whole house is very tasteful, looks magnificent, the location is very good, and the breakfast is rich. However, the machine in the room (one is a refrigerator, one does not know what, has been very loud), sleeping is very annoying. Another big problem is that self-driving tours, parking services need to be reserved, must contact the hotel in advance, their front desk has to go to work at 3 pm, we did not get any prompts, before going to the ztl limit area, stop and call, they said they can drive in, Finally, I knew that the door we opened was wrong, so I had to charge a ticket of about 80!
