The room was very satisfying, clean and tidy. It's an excellent choice for families visiting Universal Studios, with convenient transportation and a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the park entrance – fantastic! The Xiao Du smart assistant and robot food delivery were also great.

The room was incredibly hot and extremely small. For over 200 yuan, it really wasn't worth it. If I hadn't been so tired, I definitely would have switched hotels. I told the front desk the room was too hot, and they said I could only use a fan. They even put two ice packs in the fan eventually. So the AC doesn't even work?! If you're going to Universal Studios, you should really find another hotel.

Location (provided shuttle to USB) and service is great. Daily cleaning done by auntie and is great. Only thing is that the room was located next to their alley or in between 2 buildings, there is no sunlight and even when we open the windows, there's not much ventilation. As it's winter, the air circulation didn't work that well..

We (My husband, sister and I) stayed at this hotel for two nights and was very impressed. We arrived around 2AM at the hotel but there was no hassle; the check-in was quick. Our room was spacious and clean with 2 comfortable beds and modern bathroom. The hotel provided free (round-trip) shuttle service going to Universal Beijing Resort. It is also near subway station so it was easy to go around. There were also no issues ordering food/stuffs online and the delivery robot would bring it directly to our room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable king-size bed room, not very spacious, but the hygiene was acceptable. I booked breakfast, and it turned out to be McDonald's – cold and unappetizing, so I threw it all away. We arrived the hotel very late around 2am but no problem to check-in, just informed the staff in advance to keep our room before the check-in date. It started colder in October, so the air conditioner is a central air system and does not have a cooling mode; it only provided heating. But my daughter couldn't sleep because it's hot then we asked for a fan at 2am. Finally the staff could find a fan for us at 3am, that made us so impressed by her service. The location is good surrounding many local restaurants and near the subway. It's so convenient to stay for visiting Universal just 3 stops by the train. Chic decorative hotel, clean and good service mind staff. Strong recommend it!!!

This was my second trip to Universal, and I found this hotel which is super close to the subway station. I forgot to take photos of the room, but it was really convenient for getting around. You just cross one zebra crossing, and the subway station is about a few dozen meters away. The service attitude was also great. If I go to Universal again, I'll probably choose this place.

I took my kids to Universal Studios Beijing and browsed many hotels online before settling on Jinglanting Hotel.
