This time, I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen Hotel, and I was impressed by both the hardware facilities and service details. Melody's caring care made the whole stay experience feel warm. From the detailed introduction at check-in to the response to needs during the trip, she always provided help with a gentle and patient attitude. What's more unexpected is that she and the team quietly prepared a birthday surprise-a carefully decorated room and handwritten greeting cards, which made this trip particularly memorable. The hotel is in a prime location, and you can explore the historical features of Qianmen on foot. The quiet atmosphere in the bustling city is worthy of praise. Next time I come to Beijing, I will still choose here.

The housekeeper will add WeChat in advance. From the moment you enter the hotel, everyone is very enthusiastic and friendly. They all smile and serve quickly. The room is clean and tidy. It is very private and quiet. I slept well at night. The toiletries bag is beautiful and unique. The gifts and night bed snacks prepared by the housekeeper are very thoughtful, and there are handwritten cards. It is very convenient to eat and drink around the hotel. It is very close to Tiananmen Square and the Temple of Heaven. I am very happy to stay here. I want to stay here next time.

During the May Day holiday, my husband and I came to experience the most expensive hotel in China - Qianmen Mandarin Oriental, and the experience was great! This time we stayed in the Zun Shang Courtyard. The room was very large and comfortable. There was a courtyard floor-to-ceiling window in the room. When the sun came in, the whole room was very bright and transparent. There was nothing to criticize about the butler service. The service was very considerate. Basically, as long as we had a need, the butler would do it~ Special thanks to Ethan for his help, which made me feel warm and at home~ The breakfast was also very delicious. There were not many varieties but the quality was great~ It was really healing to start the day with a beautiful breakfast every morning~ I have been a loyal fan of MO for many years. In short, Qianmen Mandarin Oriental MO is worth it!

During the quick trip to Beijing, I chose the Mandarin Oriental Hotel to stay for one night, and this was the most satisfying hotel along the way. We received all-round care from our housekeeper Melody from the night before check-in. After check-in, Melody took us all the way through the alley to our room. The kids were amazed all the way, saying it was so cool... From the welcome card to the welcome snacks, Mandarin has taken the sense of ceremony to the extreme, and it really felt like home. Next time I come to Beijing, I will go back to Wenhua's house and meet the children's favorite sister Xiaomai.
