環境沒得説，就是五一期間院子裏的小山封閉不讓爬有點可惜，山頂可以看到旁邊的密雲水庫。五一假期趕上辦婚禮的，工作人員忙不過來了，一會兒沒地停車，好不容易停好車，等出去吃飯又被亂停車的堵裏面了，感覺服務工作還有提升空間。

祥和樓房子新一點，但盛和樓那種老樓也可以，基本差距不是那麼大，周邊沒什麼可玩的，度假村裡面有小山坡孩子可以玩，博物館可以看飛機

千萬別來,訂的觀雲樓房間,價格1k多,老舊地板嘎吱嘎吱響,天花板都破破的,裏面麻將機單收費就算了,連個電話都沒有,枕套可能比較潮濕弄的耳朵癢癢的,因為下雨雲湖森林公園封了不讓進,辦理入住在另外一個樓,體驗感非常差,唯一的優點是前台服務挺好的

近六百的房價和盛華樓房間不匹配。房間內衞生如圖。主樓房間新一點，但主樓價格一千塊。
早餐去主樓吃，比較素，9點閉餐。
和華樓有團購，到了發現餐廳不開門。
唯一加分的是裏面的航空博物館免費參觀。

環境很好，博物館體育館游泳館都很好。盛華樓就是培訓中心風格，不貴，五一期間也是滿的。不好的是服務，服務人員都跟老師一樣訓人。自助餐廳有個服務員，在我們晚上7點多去的時候，説可以進，有餐。進去不到10分鐘就收餐了，非常不厚道！差評！

設施過於老舊，北面的房間居然沒有空調熱風，趕上入住的第二天特別冷，問前台要空調遙控器，就告訴我們沒熱風，也沒辦法解決，現在的市場環境，這種服務態度還真是國營單位才乾的出來。房間隔音非常不好，隔壁燒熱水彷彿在我房間燒，總之，不匹配三星酒店和500+的價位，招待所的水平吧。

十一出行，終於住到了盼望已久的雲湖度假村！
離水庫大壩步行可達！停車方便！還能免費參觀航空博物館，院內各種飛機模型！還有熱氣球體驗！早上爬爬院內的小山，聽聽鳥鳴，看看野花，采采蘑菇，11月還能看到山上的紅葉！
離雲龍澗很近，記得在山下公園門口預訂滑翔傘體驗，可以免門票、纜車票，還能有人帶着你乘滑翔傘看水庫！美極了！
