I must praise the sanitation of this hotel. The hotel is only a dozen minutes' walk from Tiananmen Square, and there is no need to get up early to watch the flag-raising ceremony in the morning! We set off slowly at four in the morning, and we could still feel the tranquility of the old Beijing Hutong on the way. When we arrived at the square, the location was excellent, and we were unhurried throughout the journey. Such convenience is simply a "must-have" for tourists! I must praise the service of the front desk guy! The original check-out time was 12 o'clock, but due to the adjustment of the itinerary, I needed to stay a little longer. I asked with a try-it-out mentality, and the guy extended the check-out to 14:00 for free without saying a word! He greeted us with a smile throughout the whole process, and also kindly reminded us to take care of our belongings. The manager was very nice. We arrived at around 8 o'clock in the morning and didn't have time to have breakfast, so we packed up and ate in the lobby. We were going to catch the tour of the Forbidden City. There was no rest area, so we ate on the cabinet at the door. She brought us the heavy chairs from the bar and took the initiative to show us the room. Because I wanted to change to a twin bed, and seeing that my child was older, she changed us to a twin bed on the second floor with a window. The waiters at every counter patiently helped us answer any questions we had, and the luggage storage and luggage collection services were all very good.
