The room was nice and clean. It wasn't very big but it had everything. I needed to make milk powder for my baby, so they gave me several extra bottles of mineral water. They also broke a tea bucket. I was very sorry, but they didn't ask for compensation. I'm very grateful. I will stay here again next time.

The room is big and suitable for business trips, but there is almost no cleaning. The only service every day is changing the garbage bags, nothing else. The room is not cleaned, the bed sheets are not changed or tidied, and the food delivery robot is always waiting in line. If you order takeout, you have to go down and get it yourself, otherwise you will not be able to wait for the robot for an hour.

I went on a trip alone and stayed for four consecutive nights. The bathroom was not cleaned. Every time I went out, I told the front desk to clean it, but it still wasn't cleaned. Then I went directly to the staff to clean it for me and didn't take away the dirty bath towels. The used toothbrush and trash were not taken away, and I had to run to get a clean one myself. I really had a very bad experience at Hanting where I always stayed when I went out.
