Vienna Hotel (Beijing Pinggu District Government)

An overall objective evaluation. 1. In terms of facilities, the elevator has been broken and no one has repaired it. I checked in on the 1st and they said it was being repaired. I checked out on the 3rd and no one had repaired it. 2. In terms of environment, there are obvious water marks on the toilet seat in the bathroom, which should be the marks left after the dirty rag was wiped. 3. In terms of service, the payment method I booked is to pay at the store. When I checked in on the same day, no one asked me to pay after more than half an hour. I thought it was automatically deducted when I left the store. Here comes the key point! Please see Figure 3 The front desk called at 11 o'clock in the middle of the night on the second day of check-in to ask for the room fee. I said what did I do earlier and I didn't say anything on the day of check-in. Now everyone is asleep, I will talk to you tomorrow morning, and the waiter agreed. As a result, they knocked on my mother's door at more than 11 o'clock and asked for the room fee. My mother paid it, but she was charged 156 yuan more. The next day, I went to the front desk to get a refund. After 20 minutes of hesitation, I added WeChat and refunded 100 first, and then transferred another 56 yuan. I was dumbfounded and didn't know why I had to refund in two times. Then the front desk picked up the POS machine and asked me to pay the room fee again. I asked how many times you want to charge the room fee. Didn’t I just pay it? They overcharged and refunded the money. The front desk said they made a mistake. I don’t know how this store has been open for so long🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ But overall, their price is worthy of the service, after all, it’s cheap.

The carpet was dirty, and there were no sockets on either side of the bed for charging. There was a socket on one side, but a landline was plugged in. The environment was not good, let alone soundproofing! Poor attitude at the front desk**! Protect yourself from lightning, family members! ! !

The room facilities are old, there are a lot of stains on the carpet, and most importantly, the sound insulation is too poor!

How can I put it? Although the surrounding street environment is too bad, this is already one of the top hotels in Pinggu, and the price is cheap, so why would you need a bicycle?

The room is clean and not noisy. It's not too big and not too cold. The staff is nice and I'm satisfied.

I chose a hotel in Vienna to stay for one night during my trip, and was confused by the service at the Pinggu store. I read reviews that the room was small, so I spent more money to book a deluxe double room (which is more expensive than standard and superior rooms). I checked in in the evening and was assigned to room 106. Let me show you the photos of the room. Room 106 did not match the pictures online. I asked the female manager of the hotel and she insisted that room 106 was a deluxe king bed room. The next day I learned that there were still 6 deluxe double rooms available on the second and third floors. The concept of the hotel is that if you ask me, I will give you a higher floor and a better room type. If you don't advocate, I won't take the initiative to arrange it for you? I didn't see the other rooms, so I imagine at least the smell of the rooms would be better. The damp smell on this floor kept me awake all night. Having lived in Vienna like Pinggu, the reputation of the Vienna Group has dropped to the horizon📉 The name of the hotel is not kind. It seems to be in a prosperous area in the center of the district. In fact, it is a suburb with no complete municipal supporting projects. There is a natural village half a meter behind the hotel. The village has just had a sewage pipe network. The road at the front entrance of the hotel is closed for construction. There is no access to the hotel. The road is narrow and inconvenient. I wanted to pay for breakfast, but the front desk said that the hotel did not have a restaurant and could not serve breakfast. The message on Ctrip that there was a paid breakfast was also wrong. The next day I tried to find a clean breakfast shop near the hotel, but I couldn’t find one, so I set off on the road hungry. Don't reply to me from the hotel either. I don't want to listen to your clichés and lies. I don’t know if you can bring down the Vienna Group, but you have brought down the Vienna Hotel in my mind! unhappy…

Very clean and tidy. It's very good. All aspects can meet my travel needs. The hotel service attitude is good.

Warm and thoughtful, good environment, good lighting. Next time I come here on business, I will continue to choose to stay at their place.
