Thoroughly enjoyed the 4 night stay at The Puxuan. Highly recommended. Thank you to the hotel team across the board, special mentions for the care and service from Adam and Tiffany at the front desk, Ron, and the diligent breakfast crew especially Jackie and Kora for looking after us. We loved the peaceful vibe and the warm soul of this hotel. We hope to be back again and bring our friends along!

Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff! Stayed for three nights. The entire hotel and room were very clean. Loved the room design and how modular it was. Showered, toilet, tub, all very clean. Bed sheets were high quality and very clean. It was a treat to return to the room everyday.
Breakfast was also delicious, served out of the Rive Gauche which is a Michelin star restaurant. Breakfast service is thoughtful and everything comes out so quickly.
On top of that, the staff was incredibly helpful. They speak English, so it was helpful for a non-Chinese speaker like myself. They were always attentive and ready to open doors, help with luggage, etc. On top of that, I lost something, and they did everything within their power to help me locate it. I cannot stress how much they went above and beyond, all while being so kind.
Overall, highly recommend to anyone staying in Beijing!

What an amazing stay in Puxuan hotel. The staff were all soo friendly from the moment we entered till the moment we left. They prepared soo much treats for my wife and I and we were soo well taken care of! Will definitely visit them again and stay when I visit Beijing!

Great service! They set up a surprised cake, flowers and balloon in room for my birthday, very touched. All staff are very attentive, breakfast is nice too.
Only short coming is the overhead lamp is in an awkward position, table blocked the way to get to sofa, moved it and hit the head on the lamp. The lamp fitting may be wrong too… the angular part should be inside instead of facing out. Not being fussy but well, it’s a design hotel, this shouldn’t happen.

Easily one of the best hotels I stayed in my life. The staff was great! Some of the best staff I had in my life. Archey was incredible and also all the reception staff. It's a dream hotel with an amazing location. Honestly 10/10 on everything. Will definitely always stay in this hotel everytime I come to Beijing. No doubt.

Room was clean and had amazing views. Staff greeted us downstairs late at night. Which was very helpful since it was our first time visiting. The lobby is on the 3rd floor and reception helped show us to our room. The staff spoke English and welcomed us late in the night at 1:30am. Very thankful for their help as we were tired and wary. The room was very comfortable with water, coffee, tea, and all amenities we would need. When checking out the staff escorted us down to the first floor and handed us off to our tour guide. Enjoyed our time here. Thank you to the staff.

Vast rooms and top quality service.
Our rooms at the 8th floor were very quiet and flooded with natural light. Nice view on the art museum.
