Great hotel, speedy fuss free check in with booking voucher!

Friendly staff, clean rooms - bit old but ok. Would recommend it when in the Olympic Stadion area

Decent business hotel with good location for the Convention Center and Olympic Park. Some listed amenities currently unavailable, prob due to covid impact, but otherwise a nice stay. Reception staff English excellent.

Overall very nice and I would stay again, but not quite up to US standards (as a reference point). It was difficult to control the room temperature and it smelled vaguely of smoke, but overall still clean and excellent service.

A high quality hotel in a desirable location. A plenty of sightseeing, shopping, entertainment and restaurants in a short walking distance. All services were excellent and room was super clean. Good choices for breakfast. Upon checking in, I was upgraded to a high floor suite from where overlooking the area with nice views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will absolutely stay here again when visiting Beijing in the future.

A clean and pretty hotel. It was better than I expected. I wanted to use the pool, but it closed early so I couldn't use it. Unlike my previous hotel, there was a door outside the door that connected the two rooms.

It was my first time staying at the Celebrity International Hotel. I looked at many hotels online and finally chose the Celebrity International because it was close to the conference center and I could visit the Party History Museum after the conference. Since I was in Beijing, I wanted to meet a friend for a cup of coffee, so I went to the front desk to ask where to go. As a result, the front desk manager Lisa Liu Hewen introduced me to the lounge on the second floor of the hotel. When we went up, we saw that the environment was indeed very elegant and comfortable. We could sit for half a day with a cup of coffee, and it felt like I was curled up on the sofa at home [snickering].

It was another good experience. This time I came to Beijing on a business trip and chose Beijing Celebrity International Hotel. I was so tired after sitting in the car for a long time. When I checked in at the front desk, the ladies at the front desk completed the formalities for me in a few seconds, and then asked the bellboy to help me send my luggage upstairs. When I checked out the next day, I left my ID card in the room again. The front desk lady Lisa Liu hurried upstairs to get my ID card. Manager Wen used this time to help me check out the room. At this time, the car to pick me up arrived, and the bellboy Xiao Xue helped me send my luggage to the car, and Lisa also handed my ID card to me. Although it was tiring to work outside, the hotel room was very comfortable, the breakfast was very tempting, and the staff was even more heartwarming.

Although it is an old hotel, the room facilities are complete, the room is clean, and the towels are spotless and white, so you can use them with confidence. The front desk staff Liu Junxia is very professional, the check-in procedure is very fast, and she treats people sincerely. Manager Wen Juan considers issues very comprehensively and is very enthusiastic towards the guests staying in the hotel.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, the concierge handsome brother Ocean greeted me politely and took the initiative to help me carry my luggage to the room. When checking in, the lobby manager Ren and the front desk manager Wen were not only professional and skilled in their work, but also very friendly and enthusiastic. They always smiled and made people feel at home. On the day of check-out, the front desk Liu Junxia was also very considerate and thoughtful. She helped me pack my luggage in the room and sent it downstairs. During my stay, the hotel front desk's various meticulous services made me feel the warmth of home. Xuanfu Chinese Restaurant on the second floor of the hotel is also great. The newly launched spring new products are particularly good, which is the perfect fusion of food and art, including spring sprouts, braised pork, toon tofu, and lion head. Whether it is the selection of ingredients, cooking skills, or the exquisiteness of the plating, it is amazing. In short, this experience at the hotel front desk and restaurant made me deeply experience what "service first, quality first" means.
