Nice service and nice room~I stayed here for two days and it was a really nice experience!!! I'm very grateful to Ms. Zhu at the front desk for upgrading my room for free. The room was so spacious that I could have a good rest : ) Thanks to KunTai Royal Hotel and also to BEIJING!🥰🥰

The hotel itself is nice and classy, even though a bit old-fashioned. The food is excellent and versatile, both breakfast and dinner. But the service was not very welcoming. We had other hotels and even tiny Homestays elsewhere on our trip that were so much nicer. Especially with kids, even older and very well-behaved ones, they were unwelcoming and sometimes even unfriendly. As if they did not trust them (or the parents?) that kids were indeed capable of behaving, getting their own drink for breakfast or something from the room when being sent upstairs alone. Our school child was closely monitored for every step and even whistled away at the pool for no reason. Her pre-ordered bed was not ready upon check-in and only offered at very high extra costs (the extra bed was free in all other hotels). It is sad that one does not feel very welcome as a family here and even the politest, quietest kids don't experience much respect.

Great location and spacious room. Hotel might be little old but everything clean and looked after. I enjoy my stay at Kuntai, whenever I’m in China for business travel.

The are soooo friendly and welcoming! They helped us a lot ( for example to have costumes from Studio- with makeup and hair ) before we went to the forbidden city. Best hotel staff ever!

We have stay at this hotel before, and it is very nice the srrvice is hood the personal is vety nightce my.only complain you go to.a.hotel to have a rest but on my findat night at,7am in the morning they where making noises next to my.room very bad experience
