Bad review! The room is old and the temperature is very high. It's hot and dry. It's so hot that I have to ask the front desk for two bottles of water, but they said they would charge extra. The first room I went into smelled a lot of smoke, so I changed to another one. The service attitude is not good. Is it because it's almost the holiday and you're still on duty and in a bad mood? I sympathize, but you can't treat customers with this attitude.
