Had a great stay at Peking Youth Hostel! The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was amazing. A big thank you to the receptionist who helped me to set up a chinese app! The metro station is right down the road, and there are many good restaurants nearby (Hint: ask for recommendations at the desk). Looking forward to come back on my next visit in Beijing. :)

Top food street in Beijing, just 3 minutes from the subway, clean, friendly, good option to safe some money. Highly recommended. Will come back

A friendly hostel in a great location. The rooms are a bit old, but nothing is broken.
The central room where you can meet up with others does not have windows, but the connected bar/restaurant makes up for it by being a very welcoming environment.
Tip: Great Leap Brewing is within walking distance - an amazing Beijing craft beer brewery in the middle of a houtong area.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was comfortable with a big window to let lots of natural light in. Bottled water was provided everyday, and there was also a kettle to boil water.
Towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer were also provided in the private room.
I enjoyed the communal areas, too. They are very comfortable and the staff are helpful.
My only complaint is that the bathroom had a strong smell, from the plumbing I assume, but I think this is fairly common for old buildings in the hutongs.

Was told when I arrived that they were overbooked and I would have to stay in their sister hostel. They were very apologetic, and the sister hostel was nice, if not a bit far from where I had booked to be, but errors like this shouldn't happen and are disappointing.

Highly recommend for a budget trip, Great location, right in the famous Nanluoguxiang and metro station is just 2 minutes walk to. Room is cozy and quiet. Staffs are friendly. There is a coffee and bistro shop at the first floor which offer customers nice coffee.

Really friendly staff, Nice rooms.
Amazing location, really enjoyed my stay, close to everything you could need, very central. Would definitely stay here again on my next Beijing Visit.
