InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun

Highly recommended & definitely will return whenever back in Beijing. Our flights back to HK cancelled (due to Typhoon), our group incl multiple families easily secured rooms close enough together. Front desk staff (Adison Gao & Nora Sun) & F&B manager were extremely helpful, especially with late checkouts & recommendations respectively. Breakfast was comprehensive & delicious. Swimming pool & gym facilities were top notch. Overall, very enjoyable stay! Thanks Intercon!

The excellent service I encountered! This trip was already very pleasant, but the young men and women at the hotel, especially the Guest Relations Manager Xiao Yang and David, truly provided service that touched my heart! I must say, Xiao Yang's smile is truly magical! From the moment I entered the door, she greeted me with a warm smile. The check-in process was smooth and considerate, and it felt like she had thought of every detail, being extremely thoughtful.

I had a wonderful stay at Intercontinental Beijing Sanlitun. The staff, especially Aimee and Jessie and Nora, are always incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visits. We stay here multiple times and they are always helpful and we are always looked after Check-in was seamless, and the room was spacious The club lounge, is a bo us and we always escape there to co duct business or far a quick snack or drink. Overall, a fantastic place. We will definitely return!

In this harsh weather, I was fortunate enough to find a warm harbor - this hotel. Even luckier, I met Manager Amy and MOMO, who provided me with thoughtful service, dispelling the cold and bringing endless warmth. As soon as I walked into the hotel gate, Momo warmly welcomed me. Her smile is like the sunshine of winter, instantly making me feel the warmth of home. When I checked in, she patiently answered every question I asked and carefully arranged everything for me. Although the strong winds in Beijing were fierce, I felt an unprecedented sense of tranquility and warmth in this hotel. All of this is thanks to the thoughtful service provided by Manager Amy and MOMO. They are not only my guardians at this hotel, but also my enthusiastic ambassadors in the strong winds of Beijing. I want to give this hotel a thumbs up, and more importantly, I want to applaud the thoughtful service provided by Manager Amy and MOMO! Thank you for providing me with such a warm harbor in such harsh weather. Next time I come to Beijing again, I will choose this place because it has the most enthusiastic service and the people I care about the most!

It feels very perfunctory. The service is not as warm as before, and the staff at the front desk are all very indifferent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Intercontinental Sanlitun Hotel and I cannot say enough about the outstanding hospitality I experienced. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was taken care of.
