I have lived in Hualien for many years. This is the first time to pass a business travel review, especially a negative one, because I generally don't want to embarrass others. Everyone's work is not easy. I stayed in this hotel a few years ago. The overall environment is good, backed by the park, close to Chaoyang Station, and convenient for travel. This stay has a very bad impression. The attitude of the service staff is as good as always, but I think there are problems with management. 1. From 6:30 to 8:30, there was only one employee at the front desk. When checking in, there should be a reception group at the front desk to check the information again. It was quite busy. Later, there were other guests who needed other things. Seeing that there was only one person at the front desk, I didn't want to wait and took back the certificate self-service machine to check in by myself (long-term stay in Hualien will be), which is nothing. I entered the room and ordered takeout. When the takeout was delivered to the front desk at 19:20, I thought that it was past the peak of robot delivery, and it should be delivered soon. After 15 minutes, it was still not delivered. I called the front desk and found that the room phone could not be dialed. There may be a malfunction, so I went downstairs~ It was still the front desk who forgot to deliver the takeout to me. Mistakes at work are understandable, but it is not appropriate for a hotel of this level to have only one person at the front desk, and it is difficult to meet the service needs of customers. 2. There were small bugs on the bed sheets when sleeping, and I squeezed them to death before taking pictures. The back is against the park and the greenery is very good, but you should pay attention to small animals when you are laying the linens. Overall, the service attitude is good, there are no major problems, but it is recommended that the management should improve more, and I hope it will get better and better.

The room was very clean, the service was friendly, and there was plenty of hot water when taking a shower. It was next to the Red Scarf Park, and it was very comfortable to take a walk in the park in the morning.

There is a park next to it, where you can go to the park to exercise. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also very satisfactory. I will stay in this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.
