本次入住小院，給了我母親極大的驚喜，超出她以前對平谷民宿的認知。首先：乾淨衞生是第一位，因為長者愛乾淨，且還帶着3歲多的孩子，所以無論我們去哪裡，這都是最重要的。其次：設施齊全，考慮周到。從室外的燒烤架、炭火到廚房內的鍋碗瓢盆做飯調料，涮火鍋、燒烤料理鍋一應俱全，從室外的小童滑梯、鞦韆、射箭遊戲到室內的小桌子椅子拼搭樂高、跑步機等，以及院內每一處微景觀的佈置，都能體會到主人的巧**思和對入住細節的全面考慮。交通位置：位於村子半山坡，夏天不怕大雨，且距離村內幾家餐廳開車3分鐘，距離小鎮中心生活超市開車7.8分鐘，距離中信金陵酒店，開車也是5.6分鐘，都非常方便。早餐：雖然主人不住附近無法預做早餐，但是也提前購置了日期新鮮的三元盒裝牛奶、雞蛋、麪包、糕點、榨菜等，整齊的擺放在廚房島台上，而且廚房還有大米、小米，可以自己熬粥。最後一句簡單總結：我們均期待暑期再來。超級喜歡這家酒店，以後有機會還會選擇入住

四家親友九大四小這個整院是在北京租民宿最最最滿意的一次！地理位置好，在平谷縣城通往中信金陵和西峪水庫必經之路上，離大華鎮近購物方便。泉水裕村很好找，開到路邊有兩處岔道上山都能開到小院門口。四合院花園精緻，正房廂房格局開闊窗明幾凈，內裝大氣環保温馨雅緻，挑高實木大梁保留了中式住宅的傳統精髓。一進院子，孩子們就玩滑梯，鞦韆，水池噴水**，放開了玩，很節省爹媽。燒烤爐，碳等設備，鐵木簽子和配料都有，廚房裡外兩間很開闊，配有大操作餐枱，鍋碗瓢盆刀具麪包機烤肉電鍋齊全，不銹鋼盆大大小小不少，小碗十個不太夠。平谷大市場和大華鎮買了鮮牛羊肉，大市場的水果太便宜了！晚上在小院燒烤，空氣很好，其樂融融。長者孩子們都很滿意，還會再來！

非常好的民宿，老闆非常熱情還給準備了早餐。房間比較乾淨整潔，四個房間都是獨立衞生間，三個帶娃家庭住着正好，小朋友們玩的很開心。有獨立廚房餐廳，可以自已做飯，院子裏還能燒烤，孩子們滑滑梯盪鞦韆，還有個游泳池可以玩水。認真推薦。

民宿環境非常不錯，適合家庭聚會、親子聚會，朋友聚會設施應有盡有，老闆還給準備了早餐等主要食材，旁邊還有一個地道的泉眼，房客可以自備水桶打上一桶😄據説🫖很不錯🤭

非常棒的民宿，出行前臨時定的小院，完全超出預期。院子的設計非常地道，乾淨漂亮都不足以形容初見體驗。每一處細節都體現了房東的品味，每個房間設備設施都很全面，酒店水平的保潔整理服務，院外大片桃林和盛產蔬菜的小菜園，院子裏有草坪葡萄藤、水池和小童遊戲設施、全套的燒烤設備，廚房餐具廚具完備，房東還貼心的準備了早餐和基本食材，房頂上的小帳篷也能滿足露營的需求，夜間院子裏的燈氛圍感滿滿。非常推薦，也一定會再次選擇！

同家人一起來到小院，非常滿意，早晨.空氣清新，鳥語花香，非常愜意，白天.藍天白雲，小朋友嬉水娛樂，享受大自然，晚上.燈火闌珊，喝酒聊天，打麻將，擼串，非常温馨，夜裡.繁星點點，非常神祕！老闆的細心準備，採摘小菜園的果蔬，黃瓜、辣椒、西湖柿，享受田園生活，一次非常超值的家庭聚會。家人們唯獨遺憾的是一天時間沒有盡興，期待再次聚會。

整體體驗很棒。房間很多，我們四家子人足夠住，房間乾淨，每個房間都有獨立衞生間，一家人玩的特別開心，房主人也特別好，人很好溝通，我們要做飯告訴我們哪裡有超市，我們要烤肉還給準備了碳（超市開車幾分鐘就到了，非常方便，日常的肉菜都有）整個院子都屬於私人的空間，白天出去轉或者在院子裏玩都是不錯的體驗，周邊有很多不錯的地，院子裏還有很多孩子可以玩的設施，晚上回來這邊都沒有光污染，能看到多星星，城裡都看不到。超級喜歡這家小院，等有機會一定還會來的。#房間設施

這是一個愉快的週末京郊遊，這是我第二次來這個小院，第一次是跟朋友們來玩的感覺真好，所以這次帶着家人來玩，這個小院孩子們玩的東西的太多了，游泳池非常乾淨，有滑梯，搖椅！帳篷，等等，私密性很好，晚上休息很安靜，房間乾淨！整潔！屋裡的裝修風格簡約大氣，有點日式從風格。老闆人很好，還給我們準備了一箱平谷大桃，桃真的很甜。還又給我們準備了豐富的早餐（麪包，雞蛋，奶，果醬）等，可以自己做飯，食材料應有盡有，有米，麪，當地的小米，玉米麪，還能燒烤涮。旁邊還有一塊菜園子，可以採摘菜。孩子們玩的都不想走了，我們還會再來光顧的。
