fairly big size room thanks to free upgrade by the.hotel,very quiet location,off main street,but noise proof of the room is just average,may here some noise outside closing doors

I often stay at Qiuguo, and I always think that Qiuguo has good service and a clean environment. I was a little dissatisfied with this stay.
First, I arrived late and was very tired, so I checked in directly. The room was on the first floor. When I woke up in the morning, I found that it should be 2-5 floors as written on the order. The front desk did not remind me when I checked in.
Second, it may be that Haidian is very expensive. The room is unusually small for the same price. The washbasin is super small, and water will splash out when washing.
Third, the hygiene problem. When I wipe my hands with a towel, I can see a lot of floating hair as soon as I open the towel... When I turned off the lights to rest, I found that Xiaodu Xiaodu was full of dust... emmm, this doesn't feel good.
Fourth, the foot mat in the shower room is a bit painful. At first, it seemed that I put it upside down, but it still hurts my feet when I turned it over...
