The staff is friendly and helpful. Kudos to the cleaning crew for getting my room neatly every day before I get back from the tour. The breakfast buffet is decent with many choices. The location is very conveniently located near the metro station. I didn't have time to try the hot springs swimming pool. Maybe I will give it a try on my next visit. I am glad there's a laundry room free to use.

Appreciate to spend time with local family.
There are not much foreigner in this hotel.
Good salmon sashimi, clay in mala ^^

Staying here is always so relaxing. The facilities are neat and clean. The personnel are all friendly and helpful. Great food and value for money.

This hotel was amazing. We decided to spend our last few days at this hotel and it had so much to do, it’s great for families! With a massive arcade, kids clubs, cat cafe, games, swimming pools, spas etc… Although most staff didn’t speak any English, we got by with a translator and everyone was so accommodating and welcoming especially at the kids club. The massage by Mr. Wong was absolutely fantastic and the buffet had a lot of selection. We originally had the 2 bedroom suite but changed to a themed room and it was so cool! Thank you for ending our vacation on a high!

It’s was really nice stay at XishannHot spring hotel, there a lot of things to do for families. It was me, my wife, our two kids of 7 years old. Beside the many swimming pools they have two indoor parks and many activities going on almost 24h! It was a really nice stay! Hotel was clean, the food was good, good organized and room well maintained! There are two things I think could be better, first is the food menu is 100% Chinese, so no western options, I think they could have some options to make easy for western kids and families. And second is the fact that all instructions and all staff speak only Chinese, so I think they should at least translate all instructions at hotel, swimming pool, indoor parks to English, these would make the stay even better!

Location is a hour drive from city centre. Room are big and comfortable. Spa amenities are good. But it is a bit crowd at the spa. Lots of people in the indoor hot pool. During winter, the outdoor are less crowd and comfortable. Buffet food is just soso. Lots of variety but of average quality.

Probably not the best choice for business travel as did not use the spa and in general it looks like a family hotel.
Maybe because of that, communication with the staff in English is difficult, but rooms are big, amenities and facilities are great. Big improvement in the WiFi.
Did not try breakfast.
It is a huge complex and almost got lost as there are multiple receptions

Quiet, large and nice room. Looks clean. Comfortable bed and furnishing. Nice bathroom as well, with separation.
