There is no price increase during the May Day holiday, and there is an upgrade. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the air conditioning was not turned on during the May Day holiday, and the indoor temperature was as high as 28 degrees. I stayed for two nights and had heat stroke, diarrhea and vomiting, and lay down for a day, but fortunately it was not a trip so there was no tight schedule, otherwise it would be very sad to delay a day in vain. After contacting the hotel service staff, they brought fans and ice cubes, and explained that the central air conditioning had a unified switch, and the room could not adjust the temperature by itself. In the meantime, I also thank Ctrip customer service for their quick feedback and active help in communication and processing. However, except for the short-term seasonal problem of air conditioning, other aspects are still very good. It is very convenient to go shopping, take taxis and subways, and the price is also very advantageous. I will book a room again when I go to Beijing next time.

Facilities: Very complete, the bathroom is large and has a bathtub, unlike some hotels where the bathroom is just a glass wall, which is embarrassing. The curtains are also very light-blocking. The lights are very bright, there are many lights, and it is not as dark as some hotels. There is no takeaway robot, so you have to go downstairs to get it, but it is in the lobby, so you don’t have to go out to get it, it won’t be cold. Hygiene: The staff responsible for cleaning are very professional and enthusiastic. They come every day to change and clean, deliver water, and ask if you need help. Service: I called for a humidifier and it was delivered immediately. Recently, the weather in Beijing has changed, and the central air conditioning has no cold air. The staff also informed in advance and offered to refund for free. There are some small episodes later, and the staff of the concierge are very responsible. Environment: It is a 2-minute walk from the Xidiaoyutai subway station, and the taxi location is also easy to determine. Generally speaking, the price during the May Day holiday is very favorable. It takes about 1 hour to go to the Summer Palace/Forbidden City by bus. There are Wukesong and Yuyuantan Park nearby, and it is very pleasant to ride a bike.

We were traveling with our family and brought an eight-month-old baby. We upgraded to an executive king bed, which was located at the edge. It was quiet at night, and we were afraid that the baby would disturb others. Overall, the arrangement was good.
