The hotel is very clean and has good amenities, including laundry service. All staff do not speak English, but they are very eager to help us using the Translation app, so there is no issue with communication. There are lots of nice restaurants around the hotel. The cleaning lady is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, but we wish the room cleaning could start a bit later instead of 6am every morning. The soundproof of the room should be improved as the guests next door are loud at night.

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed. Room was not even kept in the day. Came back to a whole messy room.
The worst is the front desk manager. She acted so condescending. Hello, we are customers, why do you end up interrogating us?!

One staff can speak little bit of English but all others were very polite. Cleaning lady every morning provided water bottles with smile. Restaurant beside the hotel is excellent.

Location is good near Tiananmen Square also Temple of Heaven but it is not very crowded. Near subway and also McDonalds by going through alley besides the hotel. Receptionist also very nice. Across the street seems there is supermarket as well, just that I didn’t realize until the last day of stay or else it would be perfect.

I am really relieved to be able to stay in a hotel with a price of 260+ yuan in a good location like the Temple of Heaven in Beijing
Facilities: There is a laundry room on the second floor of the hotel. The fully automatic washing machine and dryer wash and dry clothes very quickly. You can wear them in an hour
Hygiene: The aunt cleans the room neatly
Environment: There are old Beijing snacks outside. The meat pie at Men Ding opposite is highly recommended. It only costs 28 yuan for one person to have both meat and vegetables
Service: The hotel upgraded my room when there were vacancies. I was out on the day of check-out and couldn't get back in time. They also delayed my check-out
I will stay here again next time I come to Beijing. The main reason is that it is really convenient for transportation. It is only a five-minute walk from the subway station

I arrived at the hotel very late. The service of the guy and girl at the front desk was very good. The breakfast was also delicious. The room was a bit small, but it was very affordable near the Temple of Heaven. It was also close to the subway, which was very convenient for going out.
