The hotel is near to Xuanwumen Metro Station and near to Qianmen and Xidan. There is supermarket and food nearby the hotel very convenient location. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely return to stay once back in Beijing.

I recently stayed at the hotel and would like to share my feedback. Overall, I found my room to be clean, and I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the cleaning staff. Additionally, the other hotel personnel were generally accommodating.
However, I did encounter some challenges during my experience in the breakfast area. I noticed that the staff member present there did not display a welcoming demeanor. Furthermore, it appeared that guests dressed in business attire received more attentive service compared to those of us in casual clothing. This disparity made me feel somewhat uncomfortable.
I also observed a tendency for the staff to be more responsive to non-Asian guests, which I believe is both unfair and unnecessary. It is essential for all guests to feel equally valued, regardless of their appearance or background.

Overall I am happy with my stay. The only negative thing is the strong smell of the cigarette when I checked in my room. They did swap another room in the end. But as a 5 star hotel, they should have doubled checked that no cigarette smell in the non-smoking room before guests arrive

The service was exceptional. Too many times did a taxi driver wait on the opposite side of the hotel, but the staff is always willing to help prompt the taxi driver into the driveway.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, our room was very spacious and quiet and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot and cold western and Chinese food. The staff were very well mannered and very helpful. As a family we would definitely stay here again.
