Room is clean and bed is confort. However, another things in tge room cannot use. Internet Broken / Heater Broken, owner bring a small electricity heater which not help any. I text to ask for help, owner responded but no action.

Entrance ticket only allowed to enter once when stay outside scenic area!!!
Hotel provide pick-up from scenic area due to distance.
No shop at all. Have to order delivery food

The hotel is like apartment service, located outside wtown area(5-10 mins by car). There have a free car service for pick up-drop off along of stay. I contacted with them via wechat(use translate). The staffs are friendly and helpful.
The room is wide and clean, beautiful view of Simatai great wall. But our bathroom hot water didn't work.
