We had a meal that we booked in the resort called favourites. The service from the captain of the resteraunt wasHasan Gokciler him and his staff were top of the tree providing excellent food and hospitality. Will recommend this place to our many friends. Once again we'll done

We were overdue you at break and decided to go back to Masmavi, returning to England today 23.06.24. This holiday provided everything we needed. There was plenty of space in the room, the room is peaceful at night, and plenty of activities to do. The staff were in large friendly, welcoming and especially attentive. When we went out in the speciality restaurants, Ertan and Filiz were very attentive to our needs, even without prompt. A special mention has to go to Alpharsan Kais Gültekin. He was amicable, always available, and made extra effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He was even working to help us in his day off! Kais, helped us manage an issue with one of the sports, book and reschedule our restaurant bookings, helped to get our packed lunch prepared and importantly was an ever useful source of information. Thank you to all the staff at Masmavi for all of your efforts. it was very much appreciated. D&T (1102)

For the third consecutive year, Tui Masmavi was our choice to bring the football team for the winter training camp. The location is great, right on the beach, the views, the gardens, the ammenities are top. The complex is huge and the buildings are located in different areas, so you do not have that hotel feeling, you do not feel stucked in the same place, which is very important for a team that has to stay for about 2 weeks and work very hard at trainings. But first and foremost, we chose this hotel again because of the Operation Manager, who is absolutely amazing! With him there, we know we cannot have any bad surprises, no matter if the weather can get awful, with heavy rains, or if the hotel is fully booked and the huge inflation in Turkey leaves marks everywhere in terms of food and services. Mr. Ercan Toksoz deals with all these matters with so much discretion and solves any request you might have. He is committed to providing an exceptional experience for every group that he has, he finds solutions, he never says something is impossible, he is always available and super kind. So we do not have enough words to thank him for another successful camp.

What an absolutely fantastic holiday, we’ve just come back from. The hotel was immaculate and beautiful with fantastic pools and water slides and its own beach. The food was fabulous and plenty of bars to choose from. The entertainment both during the day and evening were amazing with the staff doing shows themselves. My son was in complete awe of the gymnast/acrobat Matteaus who was out of this world. Cetinn and Jodie were outstanding and made us really want to get involved with everything and made you feel so welcome. We met some amazing people who became friends and will continue to follow them through their fantastic careers. Can’t wait to go back next year. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our holiday at Magic Life Masmavi was marvellous - the food, the peole and the atmosphere, everything was delightful. Especially Jason from the Entertainment Team has been so kind and welcoming to us. He motivated my family to join the dance events in the evenings and had a lot of positive energy. We would recommend this hotel to all of our friends!
