Calista Luxury Resort

Calista is great hotel for family holidays !!!! Specifically this year we like that they changed the teenagers club “Garage”. Big thanks to Svetlana animator. She is great girl and very polite, funny, professional in her job. She is perfect with kids and all ages kids like her. Our family remember her from last years and our kids love her too much !!! “Garage” this year so big, clean,inside a lot of games and activities; many new PlayStation 5 inside, cinema, and many sport activities. We are so happy that we picked Calista again.

Guest Relations service and support from team was commendable, and special thanks to Oksana-Marina and Nelli-Busra through who we communicated via whatsapp during our stay. Every part of the resort is very clean and well maintained including the lovely grounds, pools, beach, public areas and rooms. Our room was upgraded from the one we booked, and this was a thoughtful gesture from the guest relation team. Room were thoroughly cleaned daily, Mini bar was always stocked up daily, and toiletries provided are of a high standard, plus they have a pillow menu for your comfort and choosing. To note the main building is controlled by central system for heating and cooling, which at times could get uncomfortable during the winter season as the room can get a bit hot as central system is set to heating. However, the guest services did their best to change the cooling system on request and were very helpful. The outer buildings have manual control, so should not be an issue. We were offered to move the room, but were well settled in our stay so decided for cooling to just open the balcony and fresh breeze was comforting throughout the night. There lots of facilities here including gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam, turkish bath and massage rooms. They have heated pools both indoor and outdoors which came in very handy as the main pool was freezing due to the weather this time of the year. The beach was lovely, clean and well maintained. Staff were outstanding, ordered drinks and they were quick to respond, and polite. Round the corner next to the beach was football ground and my lil one really enjoyed some of the activities schedule in late afternoon on the ground. Opposite the ground there was an ice cream / coffee bar which was very handy. The food at the main restaurant (Bellum) was very good, of high quality and presentation. There was loads of variety on offer, and grill station for the meats/fish. The desserts were amazing especially the baklavas, and service from the staff and managers was great throughout. A special mention of Husamettin's service as he really took excellent care of us, made us feel comfortable and was great with my lil one throughout our stay. My lil one only eats certain foods, so guest relation and restaurant service ensured that special meal order was prepared for my lil one, and this really helped us. No ask was too much for them. Also for first couple of days they brought the food for my lil one to the room for free even though it's a chargeable service. Furthermore even though restaurant does not cater for indian cuisine, the chef prepared some very nice indian dishes, and the effort put in is worth of a praise. Thanks to Senior Chef Ali yağız, and the team Turca is a 24/7 al carte restaurant, and was included part of the all inclusive. The restaurant is ok and requires staff to be a bit more attentive. Just back from 4 nights at the Calista and was very impressed. Service was just excellent and their guest relations WhatsApp comms was a very nice touch. Anything you wanted to know, you could just WhatsApp the team and within minutes there would be a response. Lots of facilities here including gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam and massage rooms. There was also heated pools both indoor and outdoors which came in very handy as the main pool was freezing this time of year. My son enjoyed jumping in the cold one then quickly running into the heated pool to warm up! There are also a few slides to enjoy with that pool area being warmer too. Food was ok but quite repetitive for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main buffet restaurant although there was a couple of a la carte restaurants to visit. We tried the Sakura Japanese restaurant one night which was a nice change. The grounds were vast and picturesque and led to a nice sandy beach with a pier going out to sea where you could relax at the bar. We are not much of a beach going family so didn’t stay there long but it seemed very relaxing. Lots of ice cream available which kids took advantage of and a games room with free to play arcade games and pool tables. Ten pin bowling also available but chargeable at €5 per person. All in all a great short stay and wish we could have stayed longer but due to children’s holidays not being at the same time, it was the best we could do. Next time will be for longer, thoroughly relaxing with great service from everyone.

We have been visiting Calista resort since its first opening at 2007 and it was always an amazing hotel. The staff was excellent and everything was up to its expectations. Our last visit was in April 2024 , it was short but it was unexpectedly one of the best visits we have ever had in this hotel.The hotel renewed and added many different areas such as the kids club which is amazing for little ones , a modern beach club called charm which has amazing refreshments and beverages and many other great things. We would absolutely recommend it and would come every year as usual.

Perfect hotel for family and kids. The environment was relaxing and all experiences are very satisfying . Hotel personal was very kind and responsive. Foods are very delicious. And the whole hotel was very clean and spotless. Thank you for everything

CaliKids Kids Club is amazing ! Brand new facilities with a fresh team - Gamze Hn - Sule Hn very kany thanks for making the kids so happy… bayram Was a real bayram thanx to You… other than kids club rest of the facility is a bit oit dated… however service is good so you will be fine… food is above average…

Our family has been coming here for 17 years and we’ve never doubted the service and the people are very friendly here. Especially this year that the club for teenagers has opened my daughter feels so included and finally has a safe space for her. The workers are very kind there and relate to the teenagers. And a big thank you to Svetlana and her team we’ve known her for ten years and she’s always been great to our children and helped grow and it’s great to see that even now when they are teenagers she still helps and understands them with their new problems. Overall great experience and we will definitely come again!

Perfect hotel , good welcoming,nice staff, good outlets, delicious foods and good beverage.. also nice entertainment… Charm beach club very nice … new teenage club is so nice even for adults… new mini club is great…heated outdoor pool is very good…
