The holiday inn has been closed. It is another hotel with experience. The front desk is very friendly to Chinese people. I flew at around 3 am and arrived at the hotel before 5 o'clock. I checked in early and planned to pay for breakfast, but I was also given a free breakfast. Breakfast fee, there is a Chinese restaurant nearby

環境很好，早餐非常不錯

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the size is moderate and it feels warm. Because it was already late at night, the two guys at the front desk were attentive and enthusiastic. It's a very good hotel.

Όταν μου έδωσαν την πρώτη ημέρα 23/12 το δωμάτιο 111 δεν είχε σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο, παντόφλες, τηλέφωνο και δεν λειτουργούσε ο εξαερισμός στη τουαλέτα!! Την επόμενη ημέρα το πρωί 24/12 διαπίστωσα ότι στο ντουζ δεν είχε ζεστό νερό αλλά χλιαρό με αποτέλεσμα να δυσκολευτώ να κάνω μπάνιο μέσα στον χειμώνα!! Διαμαρτυρήθηκα και μου έδωσαν το δωμάτιο 207. Ούτε σε αυτό λειτουργούσε ο εξαερισμός στην τουαλέτα! Την επόμενη ημέρα 25/12 το πρωί όταν ξύπνησα, διαπίστωσα πως δεν είχα ίντερνετ! Τους ενημέρωσα τηλεφωνικώς και δεν ερχόντουσαν πάνω για να το αποκαταστήσουν στο κινητό μου με αποτέλεσμα να κατέβω με τις πυτζάμες στη ρεσεψιόν! Επιστρέφω στο δωμάτιο και αρχίζουν να κτυπάνε εκκωφαντικά οι σειρήνες με την αυτόματη εντολή από τα μεγάφωνα να εξέλθουμε άμεσα από το κτήριο του ξενοδοχείου με αποτέλεσμα να δημιουργηθεί πανικός και συμφόρηση στις σκάλες καθόδου! Βγήκαν άλλοι με πυτζάμες και παντόφλες, άλλοι με εσώρουχα και πετσέτες από τα ντουζ από όλους τους ορόφους!! Μόλις φτάσαμε στη ρεσεψιόν μας είπαν ότι από λάθος κτύπησαν οι σειρήνες!!!! Σημειώνω ότι αυτό ήταν ένα πολύ επικίνδυνο γεγονός, διότι εάν τις προσεχείς ώρες ή ημέρες κτυπούσε για αληθινή αιτία ο συναγερμός, οι ένοικοι θα τον αψηφούσαν γιατί θα τον θεωρούσαν και αυτόν ψευδή. Την επόμενη ημέρα 26/12 το πρωί στο μπάνιο έφυγε η συσκευή εξάρτημα του ντουζ με αποτέλεσμα να κάνω μπάνιο με τον σωλήνα του!! Την ίδια ημέρα όταν επέστρεψα στο δωμάτιο το απόγευμα, ξανά το σήμα του ίντερνετ είχε κοπεί! Όταν κατέβηκα στη ρεσεψιόν ξανά για να συνδεθώ, τους ρώτησα τί ξενοδοχείο είναι αυτό? Μου απάντησαν: The best hotel !!!

Rien de très négatif sur cet hôtel, hormis qu'il est "chauffé" avec un système d'airco qui est très bruyant et vous fait vivre dans un courant d'air permanent. Pas moyen d'éteindre cette soufflerie, même dans votre chambre. J'ai été malade et j'ai eu froid tout mon séjour.

This is an amazing Holiday Inn Express. It’s only a Holiday Inn Express, which is probably the least fancy of the IHG group. But in service and specially customer service from the front desk, it cannot be beaten. Arriving in a new city, I called the hotel three hours before my flight took off, asking for a transfer from airport to hotel, in a new city where I don’t speak the language. No problem, I was told! Within half an hour I got an email that it was all arranged. The front desk advised that I get a local SIM for my phone to call a taxi etc when I was in town. One of their most helpful staff walked across the road , in the middle of a drizzle, to make it happen! That, I told the gentleman, was beyond the call of duty. His name was Sergej Govorcin and I would have given him a medal! I hope his bosses at IHG reward him for truly being an asset. In fact, all the front desk staff were so willing and helpful. Nothing was too much for them and they appeared to be so happy to be helpful and cheerful. This was a far different experience for me, compared to IHG hotels in the UK who hardly ever go the extra mile! The room had a lovely bed , cosy and comfortable. Plenty of running hot water in the shower. Breakfast was ample. What more could one ask for! Holiday Inn Express Belgrade does bring great credit to the IHG group!

The room is old, the breakfast is mediocre and noisy

There are simply much better options in Belgrade. I split my time between Courtyard by Marriott Belgrade City Center and this hotel. Recognizing these chains may be viewed as different "classes", the ONLY thing that differentiated them was SERVICE. Holiday Inn had by far the worst service I've ever experienced. Let me give you 2 examples: We booked a hotel room with a King bed during our stay. On our first night, they did not have a King bed. I spoke to the receptionist and there was nothing they could do. They are not refusing to provide a refund because "I used the service". What was I supposed to sleep on the street? What a joke. The same receptionist a few days later refused to call a restaurant for us to confirm they had space. She insisted it was a weekday and there would 100% be space. Being the foodies we are (and without a simcard that could call), we really wanted to go to the restaurant so we made the trek there. Turns out they were fully booked that night for an event. In summary, there are much better hotels in the city (I recommend Courtyard by Marriott Belgrade City Center as an alternative option). Trust me, and save yourself the pain.

We stayed two nights in the Holiday inn Express in Belgrade. We were in rooms 715 and 716. Our room had a queen bed, TV, A/C, sofa(bed), desk and chair, coffee pot, and safe. The hair dryer was in the room, which seemed strange. The bathroom had a shower only. There was free WiFi. The ice was from a machine in the lobby, and it didn't work, so we got ice from the bar. The breakfast was good, but the coffee machine was temperamental, and needed extra on/off switching to work. The room key was needed for the elevator and lights. And the elevator buttons were hard to push. Parking was 12 euros per day. And there is an ATM about a block away. There is no parking in front of the hotel, which makes it difficult to check in, or get rides. But the highlight for us was the excellent service provided by Tijana at the front desk. She was the only staff member working when we checked in, so she had to come down to the garage to get us in, and help with our luggage. And she went up to our room to see that one room was not big enough for us, and arranged the second room for us. Many thanks. We would stay here again.

Well put. I liked staying there and the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The rooms are still fine but the breakfast has become not great. Only one coffee machine. And fatty products. There have been changes in personnel and management and not for the better. They welcome a lot of groups and it becomes a station hall. Too bad I will go elsewhere from now on.

The staff are friendly, the economical size of the room is adequate, and the breakfast variety is quite satisfactory, but it is always available even if there are tour groups. Overall very good

Hotel is in good location. In city. And infront of hotel theres bus stop. Bus 27 will take you to centrum. Breakfast is good . But they dont put amenities at room. Need to ask receptionist, and receptionist very helpful.
