"Based on the decor, this seems like an upscale hotel and it's even featured in Ctrip's selections, but the service was incredibly perfunctory. We arrived late at night and requested a quiet room, only to discover in the morning that our room was directly across from a construction site. We were woken up early by the noise and only got a room change after Ctrip intervened. Whenever we asked for something, the front desk staff would awkwardly say 'sorry, we don't have it.' This hotel has an astonishing number of rooms, yet they couldn't find a single one to switch us to, even though we were staying for three days! The breakfast was very uninspired, and the entire hotel entrance was under renovation, giving the whole place a cheap feel."

Hyatt Regency Belgrade
"To put it mildly, the hotel isn't new. The service quality is excellent, but the small details indicate it's not a 5-star property. It's a 4-star, at most. Cons: There's no outlet in the bathroom for a hairdryer, only in the hallway. The outlet is positioned too low, and the cord is short. You'd have to dry your hair on your knees. (This really makes you question the '5-star' rating.) I had a twin room, and the two beds were quite narrow. Again, not what you'd expect from a 5-star. The breakfast was decent and varied for Europe or Serbia. I didn't use any other services."
The St. Regis Belgrade
"The hotel is new and located in a newly developing area. Consequently, city-view rooms overlook construction sites and cranes. It's beautiful and clean. However, the service doesn't meet the standards of the St. Regis chain (we stay at different St. Regis hotels in various cities). There were no shaving kits, no turndown service, and no welcome amenities in the room. The bathroom lock was installed backward, making it impossible to lock from the inside, among other issues. Parking is also expensive at 50 euros, even for a motorcycle. On top of that, two motorcycles were parked in a single space."

Square Nine continues to be our absolute favorite — a true gem in Belgrade that feels like home, only better. We cannot wait to return!"

Even though we had a room almost at street level, we couldn't hear any noise. The bathroom is spacious and clean with a large shower. Towels, slippers, and a bathrobe are provided. The breakfast is excellent, with a well-stocked buffet. The hotel has a free spa. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"This hotel offers great value for money. After arriving in Belgrade and chatting with other Russian tourists, I realized I was really lucky: many paid more for their hotels despite having worse conditions. The buffet breakfast here is good; you can have a decent and hearty meal. The hotel itself looks more expensive than its price tag: quality furniture, good materials, and a pleasant atmosphere inside. Cleanliness is also excellent. The linen was clean, I didn't notice any dust or insects. Toiletries are provided. My room had a fridge, a desk, air conditioning, and a heater. A big plus for me was the security. I left my MacBook and other electronics in the room without any worries. You can see at the reception that staff constantly monitor the cameras. Yes, the hotel isn't in the city center, but there's a bus stop right outside with buses going everywhere. Public transport in Belgrade is free, and the buses are decent and air-conditioned, so the location wasn't an issue for me personally. That's why I'm giving it a 5 for location. The area is quiet and peaceful. There's also private parking available. For this price, it's an excellent choice. I recommend it. My buffet photos aren't great, but I think you can see it's good."

"The facilities in the room are relatively simple, such as there is no kettle as Chinese people are used to, but it is clean, hygienic and quiet. The breakfast was very good and the wifi was very stable. There is a gas station next to it, and there is a supermarket inside where you can buy daily necessities. Although the surrounding environment is a bit desolate, it is actually not far from the busiest commercial street in Belgrade, and can be reached by walking for about one kilometer."
