"This hotel definitely doesn't live up to its 4-star rating. First, they initially tried to upgrade us to a room of the wrong category (with one bed, even though we'd originally requested two). That's okay; they quickly upgraded us. There were slippers in the room for only one person, the handles on the closets were falling off, and the TV was on its last legs (it was incredibly slow). The reception isn't open 24 hours (how that can be in a supposedly 4-star hotel is unclear). But oh well, we thought we had time to check in and out. But the reception desk was apparently working properly on the first day. But on the second day of our stay, we didn't see anyone at the desk even once, even though we went there about 10 times during business hours. But the strangest and most unusual thing was that they simply didn't serve us breakfast on the second day. All we got was coffee and fruit. No warning, nothing. There's no one at reception; we wrote to them online, but they don't read it. So, they simply decided not to cook, even though we paid for breakfast. And we're not alone in this issue—if you look at Google Maps, you'll see a ton of similar reviews. Apparently, other trip.com users were lucky, otherwise I don't understand how this hotel could have such a high rating. Let's hope Trip compensates for the breakfast, because the hotel simply isn't responding."

"I stayed in the apartment for one night, as I had a long layover in Belgrade. I had three suitcases and when I was looking for where to stay, I specifically had the elevator filter on. However, the apartment does not have an elevator which works. I had to drag up my luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. There was someone to help me when I arrived, however I was checking out at 3am and had to do it myself. Please, be aware that if you have luggage, a stroller or disabilities, this place won’t be right for you! The residences should update their profile. The overall apartment was nice and fits the photos, however the elevator was an issue as I specifically looked for hotels or apartments with an elevator and had it in my filters."
